Can we have some details like since when you have eye reddish, pain and body heat?
Did you travelled recently? What diet you had? Home made food or out side food? Before that you fall sick ? Any medicine you took?

For time being, take fruits like apple, pomegranate, and drink sweet lime juice. Drink water when you feel thirsty only.
Also have adequate sleep. Do not watch tv or mobile for longer hours.
Keep cucumber slice placed on your eyes and rest in a dark room.
Do not sleep in bed. Sleep over mate. Do not use Pillow.

My daughter had these problems. You can consider it as a sort of allergy. The toxic load on the body is high.
As a short term measure for 3 to 4 days be on a light diet i.e mainly juicy fruits and salads. Very minimal nuts. Do away with cooked food or have only millets once in the afternoon. Sleep on time and take plenty of rest.
You can give rest to your eyes by palming.
These are short term measure which will give you relief. As a long term measure, pls adopt a healhier lifestyle.
Everything you mentioned is due to the toxins accumulated in various parts of your body. There is no single pill to cure everything unfortunately. Short term healing from your current issue -
Start feeding on only pulpfree tender coconut , lime water, fruit juices , veg juices , green leaf juices for 3 days whenever you are hungry. Don’t think twice about anything else. You must mandatorily sleep. Drink sleep drink sleep. The breaks you get are for your hygiene ( restroom/ bathroom). Take grated cucumber and apply that grated pulp on ur eyes, wrap with a wet squeezed cloth and tie around ur eyes and sleep for 1 hr. Keep doing this for multiple times in a day. U can use potato grated or carrot grated too. U will feel tired, but sleep - drink - sleep - repeat
Long term
Quit animal foods like diary meat eggs. Quit sugar wheat packaged foods , eating out often.
1) order an enema kit
2) start ur day with a green leaf juice / cucumber juice / any veg juice 250-300 ml
3) fruits 500-600gms next hunger
4)veg salads next hunger
5) cooked millets dinner made oilfree
6) daily add yoga for 1 hr, sunexposure for 30 mins , eat and drink mindfully without any gadgets , live a stress free life from all forms of gadgets / screen time.
7 ) practice living with gratitude, unconditional love and compassion for all living beings around you.
