Read moreYou have not treated or reduced your condition with antibiotics. You have only suppressed your pains or symptoms. Kindly respond to the lifestyle change we have adviced on another post. First please take care to heal naturally as you have a lot of healing crisis to experience which may not allow you to do cardio and we advice that you conserve that precious energy and vitality to heal and not use it to burn. Fat burn will happen naturally even without cardio in your case
Hi Mayur,
Your question has got a lot of questions on it!
The route of suppressions (when you target a symptom, you suppress it) elongate the natural healing process.
The antibiotics work on the pathogens, not on the causes of inflammation that you are suffering from. You may have got relieved from infection but not from the toxaemic problem of your body. The cure from toxaemia can only be possible with consistent conservation of vitality.
Regarding gyming: Gym cannot be connected to health. If anybody leads a regular physically active life, even exercise is also not needed. Regular physical movements are needed to support the circulation within the body. In this age of sedentary lifestyle, therefore, Regular Stretchable Exercise is recommended. Under any situation is your physical exercise is exhausting you, it is against nature. Enjoyable stretching exercise is only connected to the conservation of vitality and hence health.
Thank you...

Namaste,
If you are in pain killers then understand that you are not in the healing side. Later it may give some side affects too.
So find the permanent root cause. Also have a consultation with Nutritionlist and get a second opinion from them instead of seeking advice from a gym trainer or a coach.
Thanks.
Hi Mayur. As per the natural way of life, when you are in a healing phase, you should conserve energy for healing rather than on exercise or digestion of heavy foods. So don’t go by how many days you have been on medication. See your body’s comfort. Slow deep breathing, gentle yoga, light walks, sitting in sun may be a better idea. Just give it some time before you revert to your gym routine. Rest well and as per your body’s comfort, increase your physical activity.
Best wishes.
Mayur
