दाल का ज़रुरत हमारे स्वस्थ के लिए बहत ही कम हैं!
सभी अनाज, आलू इत्यादि चीज़े, सब मिला के, हमारे पुरे आहार के १०% से ज्यादा नही होना चाहिए
और दूसरा अहम् बात हमें ध्यान मे रखना चाहिए, प्राकृतिक स्वाद!
ध्यान रखें: हम यदि, स्वाद को बढ़ाने की कोशिश करंगे, नमक अदि मिलाके, स्वास्थ को धोका दे बैठेंगे!

Instead of using pressure cooker, use our old tradition method cooking in mud pot for healthy life style.
Better vegan diet will be good enough to have a healthy life style.

Please use heirloom variety dals and cook it directly on the stove if you Want so. Ideally it’s best to avoid and enjoy more of fruits veggies and greens for meals !

I am confused as being a vegetarian I always considered lentils as good source of protein in addition to soya apart from cheese. Thanks to the info on the internet and other journals for vegetarian lentil were good source of protein.
So are you suggesting that lentils should be avoided completely?

Thanks, in that case how should we cook dal or channa/rajma etc, open pan style in SS utensils, as suggested by few people!!!

Yes, people do that. It takes a lot of time and ur rajma etc will still not be as soft as from pressure cooking...... try it out and see if it suits u. Else choose your battles :-).
