Namaste,
Nothing like that, there are many other natural foods you can concentrate.
Like green leafy veggies, seasonal fruits, regular exercise. coconut milk can be used by adding pinch of cardamom.
Sprouts, pulses, millets, multigrain etc. So many things naturally and organically you can look foward.
Thanks.
Hi Mamatha,
No, it is not!
In food, in particular, a substitution is a superstitious act!
If you can eat soaked nuts with limited quantity (not more than 5% of your total diet) regularly body gets it supports of concentrated food from it, whatever it needs.
It is merely just the conditioning we undergo which compels us to drink milk after growing up.
Thank you...

For a person weighing 70 Kilograms, ideal nut consumption daily is 70 grams.
Hi Mamatha,
It solely depend on the reason as to why you want to consume nut milk or curd. Many people who have switched to a plant based diet miss their favourite dishes, therefore it can be subsituted for that. Incase, you want to add it for its nutrition value, green leafy vegetables, sesame seeds, brocolli are extremely helpful as they are excellent sources of enezmes , which are protein and excellent in calcium and other minerals as well.
Wishing you Good Health Always!
Thank you,
