Hi I am 35yrs old. I m diagnosed for thyroid and I take 100mg tab daily. Due to which I m gaining weight n i am 80kgs now.. Apart from it lack of concentration.

Hello Vaidehi, 

Try this, Soak coriander seed in water for a night and boil it and strain and drink it as first thing in the morning when you wake up. Kindly do not eat anything after that for an hour.

This is a great remedy and it has helped many people to cure their thyroid issues. Continue this treatment for at least a month.

Also incorporate breathing exercises in your daily routine it will help you with both weight and concentration issue.

And gradually lower your dosage of thyroxin.

Hello Vaidehi

For solving the thyroid problem you need to change the entire lifestyle. If you will follow it  Deligently it will settle down.

Following are some points you need to incorporate into your daily routine if you feel unable to follow all of them go slow no problem and with time follow everything.

1. Fruits only till 12 noon
( seasonal and regional) you can even make smoothies and for that see the recipe section.

2. Take vegetable juice at around 12 or 12:15 PM. You can mix the veggies or can take a single one as well for this too pls see our recipe section.. these days you have cucumber slice it and add to the blender and churn it with some water and it's ready. Not only it will fill your stomach but also cleanse your system.


3. Eat a lot salads with the cooked meal in lunch.

4. Take a glass of vegetable juice again at around 4 pm.

5. Eat fruits as evening snacks.

4. If possible leave the diary totally

5. Perfer rice over wheat.

6. Above all stay happy n calm.

7 connect with nature.

Please change your lifestyle and try to get off medication for thyroid. Invariably T3 and T4 readings are normal and TSH is on higher side.

TSH stands for thyroid stimulating hormone. Please shift to healthy lifestyle and try to incorporate these changes.

1. Deep breathing or pranayam for half an hour.
2. One hour sun bathing.
3. Half an hour exercise for spinal cord.
4. Meditation and prayers for half an hour.
5. Balance diet.
 

Diet for a person weighing 80 kgs:-

 

1. Fruits - 800 grams.

2. Raw vegetables - 800 grams.

3. Green leafy vegetables - 80 grams

4. Dry fruits - 40 (half of green leaves) grams.

5. Sprouts - 40 (half of green leaves) grams.

 

This is one day's minimum diet. Start your day with green leafy vegetables whole or juiced, followed by fruits, followed by raw vegetables and then have dry fruits & sprouts. Give minimum two hours gap between each or eat only when hungry.

 

 If you still feel hungry eat anything for dinner but avoid MRP.

 

M is milk and milk products.

 

R is refined oil, refined sugar, refined salt and refined grains.

 

P is packaged food. Don't open a packet where the content of the packet can be eaten straight. Example - biscuit, haldiram products, confectionery, etc.

नमस्ते

इस बीमारी का मूल कारण है शरीर का पाचन क्रिया का ठीक ना होना।

 हमें तीन मुख्य बातों पर ध्यान देना होगा,

पहला आहार में सुधार करें

सुबह ख़ाली पेट ashguard( सफ़ेद पेठा) २० ग्राम ५पत्ते पुदीने के साथ पीस लें १०० ml पानी मिलाएँ और पीएँ बिना नींबू और बिना नमक के फिर २ घंटे बाद फल खाएँ बिना नमक, चीनी या शहद या दूध को मिक्स किए बिना, फिर दोपहर१२ बजे आधा खीरा और ५ करी पत्ते को पीस कर१०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ और १ बजे सलाद खायें। सलाद में fresh नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ, खीरा२०० ग्राम, टमाटर १०० ग्राम और लाल हरा और पीला शिमला मिर्च२० ग्राम प्रत्येक को बारीक काट कर मिला कर खाएँ इसमें धनिया पत्ता पुदीना पत्ता या करी पत्ता मिला कर खाएँ नमक और नींबू का प्रयोग नहीं करना है।

दूसरा ख़ाने को चबा कर खाएँ, पीने की चीज़ों को आराम से बैठ कर पीएँ।

तीसरा पेट पर सादे पानी की पट्टी रखें खाना खाने से १घंटा पहले या खाना खाने के २ घंटे बाद और रोज़ सुबह १० मिनट के लिए अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम करें।सुबह सूर्य उदय के १घंटे बाद या शाम को सूर्य अस्त के १घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को लगाएँ सर और आँख को सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

Sorry to hear that. First you should understand that there is permanent cure in Allopathy medicine.

Before taking any medicine it is always adviced that  see its side affects.

To cure from thyroid, first you should avoid taking Thyroid medicine and focus to reduce weight.

consult good Nutrient dietcian in your area, and ask for diet chart which should be diary free and organic foods.

Also do some yoga by trained yoga expert.

Practice mediation and daily at night soak 3 to 5 badam in water and morning remove its skin and chew it. it will improve from lack of concentration.

take oil bath weekly once and explorer to sun light to get vitamin D. This will give good results.

You can cure yourself of thyroid and all other associated conditions. Hormonal imbalance in the body is responsible for the above conditions. Lifestyle changes which include elimination of chemicals from your regimen, plant based diet, exposure to sunlight and physical activity along with proper rest and sleep will help the body bounce back . Cut down completely on dairy, animal foods, processed, packed,oily and sugary foods. Include all kinds of raw vegetables, greens, fruits, nuts and seeds.
