I have issue for my weight.. And my arms and legs are too much thin.. I tried many ways like eating banaanas with milk.. And other... And also my digestion system is not good.. What diet or what things I should do?

Namaste Shubh,

The issue with your weight is your improper digestion. And improper digestion is there because your system is blocked with toxins. The blockages dont let your body to absorb the nutrients from the food.

I remember how my dad assisted a young man with similar issue. Just after 100 days at my dads sanatorium with a complete lifestyle change and food habit change, he was able to overcome his extreme thinness and turned into a handsome young man.

Let me share the diet and lifestyle changes that he underwent at our sanatorium.

1 Wake up early morning and after the morning ablutions go for a long walk in nature.

2 Pactice yoga and pranayam daily.

3 Get into nature,  for sun soaking, breathing in fresh air and getting in touch with mother earth.

4 Encourage more and more intestinal cleansing and elimination.

5 Rest and sleep well.

Then comes the food part. Start with a day of water fast, followed by a week on coconut water and juices. Break the fast with fresh, locally grown seasonal ripe fruit. Continue on fruits for two days. Then Add on vegetable salad with lots of greens in it as your dinner. Slowly after a month you may add on sprouts and soaked nuts to your salads. All along the way keep an eye on your cleansing. You must eliminate a lot of old matter everyday. Your body weight will touch its lowest. Lesser than where you are at now. But dont worry. Only once all the old matter has gone can your body start digesting and assimilating nutrients better. Get on with your cleansing and healing journey and find great health soon. Hi Shubh,

It is extremely important that you take care of your food habits. Any one particular food or drink will not help in achieving your desirable body weight. Digestion, absorption and assimilation by the body is equally important. A healthy gut is very important for that. All raw foods like fruits and vegetables have good prebiotics which are excellent for your gut health. Also try to avoid animal products and switch to nuts, seeds and nut milk , nut curd. Many recipes are shared on this website which you could incorporate. Physical activity, adequate rest, exposure to sunshine and a calm mind are equally important.

Balanced diet is the key. This will increase the weight or decrease as necessitated by the body.
 

Diet for a person weighing 75 kgs:-

 

1. Fruits - 750 grams.

2. Raw vegetables - 750 grams.

3. Green leafy vegetables - 75 grams

4. Dry fruits - 37.5 (half of green leaves) grams.

5. Sprouts - 37.5 (half of green leaves) grams.

 

This is one day's minimum diet. According to your weight calculate your minimum dosage. Once you have done that, start your day with green leafy vegetables whole or juiced, followed by fruits, followed by raw vegetables and then have dry fruits & sprouts. Give minimum two hours gap between each or eat only when hungry.

 

 If you still feel hungry eat anything for dinner but avoid MRP.

 

M is milk and milk products.

 

R is refined oil, refined sugar, refined salt and refined grains.

 

P is packaged food. Don't open a packet where the content of the packet can be eaten straight. Example - biscuit, haldiram products, confectionery, etc.
