My stools test shows bacteria +++.. Used zanocin at first for 5 days.. But no improvement.. Suffering from having loose stool with very strange smell... Stomach cramps.. My doctor prescribed me metrogyl and refagut.. But i dont know i m improving or not.. Bcoz of side effects

जो भी शरीर के अंदर bacteria (कीटाणु) है, वो शरीर मल के द्वारा साफ़ कर रहा है ये एक अच्छी बात है।
हमें शरीर को मदद करना है इस सफ़ाई के प्रक्रिया मे,
आहार में एक दिन केवल नारियल पानी लें, आधा खीरा और पुदीने के पत्ते पीस कर १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, १० पत्ते पलक के और तुलसी पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, और ashguard(सफ़ेद पेठे) का juice २० ग्राम पेठे को पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
दूसरे दिन ख़ाली पेट सफ़ेद पेठे का जूस लें २ घंटे बाद फल में पपीता खायें, दोपहर १२ बजे पालक जूस लें
१.३० पे सलाद खाएँ कच्चे पपीते को कद्दूकस कर के भाप में पका लें ५मिनट के लिये और बिना नमक के खायें, इसमें नारियल फ़्रेश वाला५० ग्राम मिला सकते हैं। शाम को ५ बजे खीरे का जूस लें और रात ७.३० फल में केला खाएँ ।
तीसरे दिन फिर केवल सब्ज़ी के जूस और नारियल पानी पर रहें।
चौथे दिन शाम ४ बजे तक कुछ नहीं लेना है केवल पानी पी सकते हैं ४ बजे के बाद एक नारियल पानी पीएँ और उसके २ घंटे बाद कच्चे पपीते का सलाद खाएँ।
पाँचवा दिन से २१ दिनों तक ये डाइयट पर चलें
ख़ाली पेट सब्ज़ी का जूस २ घंटे बाद कोई भी फल
दोपहर के खाने पर कच्चे सब्ज़ियों का सलाद और रात के खाने में २कटोरी सब्ज़ी पर एक कटोरी चावल या एक रोटी इस अनुपात में खाना खाएँ।
खाना अच्छे से चबा कर खाएँ और पानी को या जूस को मुँह में रख रख कर पीएँ,
पेट पे सादे पानी की पट्टी रखें, खाना खाने के २ घंटे बाद।
सूर्य उदय के १ घंटे बाद की धूप या सूर्य अस्त के १ घंटे पहले की धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ।
I m suffering from this for about one month now...feeling very tense..any natural or other remedies to cure this problem
Thanx for the help...I have to go about 2 or 3 times..i dont have loose motions...but stools are greenish in color and have very strange smell(not foul smell) like boiled vegetable typ...and cramps in stomach..
