Hey.. I am jst 17 /. Last year, i was suffering from typhoid and after that i had a lot of hair loss. Bcoz of which.. I barely have any hairs on my scalp. Also.. I am getting more thinner and skinny than before. My natural fair skin color is also fading due to which i am kinda looking pale.. What is the possible reason.??. Why am i not healing even after treatment from various doctors?

Namaste,

Due to improper diet, Stress.

Deficiency in vitamins like:
Iron
Copper
Iodine
Vitamin B
Not cleaning the scalp regularly
Using very hot water while washing hair
Excessive blow drying
Not applying natrual hair oil in your scalp.

Find some natural remedy:

Take 7-8 crushed curry leaves
Add 3 tbsp of coconut oil
Heat this mixture for 5-7 min
Strain the mixture
Massage on scalp when lukewarm

or

Take 1 tsp of lemon juice
Add 2 tsp of almond oil
Mix well
Massage on the scalp

Best time is at night time before going to Bed.

Eat dates, sprouts, all seasonal fruits and green leafy veggies, nuts on regualr basis. 
Sleep on time. Don't be in stress and depression. Chances of having more blood loss.
Also see you have proper digestive system functioning properly. Improve blood circulation in your system.

Do it regularly to see permanent result.

Usually when one gets typhoid and it gets treated with allopathic medicines you may see that you have got rid of your fever. But actually with the medicines you had actually suppressed the bodies attempt at cleansing itself of the toxic accumulations. The different names given to the fevers are according to the different bacteria’s and viruses present in the body at that moment to clear away the toxic wastes. And when we suppress these microbes from the cleaning action we  suppress our vitality and stop the process. So what has resulted is weakened vitality and waste deposits which couldn’t be cleaned. 

This in turn has resulted in weak digestion and assimilation, further resulting in not enough nutrients being supplied to different parts of your body.

where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesnt get enough time to do its functions properly.

Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism.

Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well.

Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressfull life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change.

Hi Aastha, one day on my journey back from the office I met this young lady who constantly complained me about her deteriorating health. She had jaundice ( she knew that later ) when I met her and similar conditions and was sick when I met her. I offered to help her and also helped with some fruits. A cousin of mine who is young like you also had typhoid,. The young generation today have been corrupting themselves with a lot of junk food and fake foods. It’s great that you come to if this forum to seek natural way of healing and holistic approach to leading a healthy life.

1.start leading a vegan lifestyle by quitting  all forms of dairy meat eggs, fish. Any byproducts or any manufactured products with any of the above contains must not be consumed

2.quit refined products such as white sugar, white salt, refined oil, ready to eat goods That our shelf stable. Such products will create havoc in your health as well.
3. Avoid foods with gluten such as wheat, Maida , barley, oats.

4.expose yourself to the morning sunlight for about 30 minutes buddy
5.start your day with a fresh big glass of cucumber juice, followed by a big bowl of seasonal fruit breakfast. Do not consume cooked breakfast for ever. 6.consume lots of salads from vegetables and vegetable juice every single day. It can be carrot juice juice, White pumpkin juice, banana stem juice.

Once you follow the above, You will Face a period of time called the healing crisis, which could potentially happen after  15 days to 1 month after you start this routine religiously. During that period you might get fevers and all forms of discomforts cold cough and such things. When the symptom is extremely severe, stay on pulpfree juices for as long as it takes, and fruits if need be. Do not consume cooked food or veggies when you are sick. Hello Astha,

Typhoid is one of the conditions after which the health starts to deterioate. Typhoid also affects your mental condition and it makes you impulsive about your health condition and makes you impatient too. Typhoid is a bacterial infection that can be caused either due to water or food. The bacteria tries to kill the capability of white blood corpuscles which are also known to be fighting soldiers for our body.

There are few things that I would like you to do to treat typhoid using natural modality.

Firstly, you need to increase your fluid intake which includes lot of water, fresh fruit (citrus) juices, as liquid diet helps in fighting the contamination within the internal system of your body.

Secondly, make ORS at home, in a cup of warm water, squeen a little bit of lemon juice, along with salt and sugar a bit. Try to drink this almost every day in the morning.

Thirdly, make sure you are always maintaining hygiene.

Fourth, Apple cider vinegar also works wonders in healing typhoid condition and also helps in post recovery. A spoon of apple cider vinegar once a week in a warm cup of water can help to cleans your system as well.

Fifth. Basil that is tulsi leaves are medicinal, you need to drink tulsi water to boost your immunity and detoxify your body. After every meal, use 4 or 5 leaves of basil, add a little bit of black pepper and two strands of kesar, mix it together and have it as a mouth freshner.

Sixth, eat a clove of garlic every day, because that helps in regaining your appetite and post recovery from typhoid condition. Garlic has antibiotic properties and it is a proven remedy that helps in killing the bad bacteria.

Now, to add on, please use organic cold pressed coconut oil and massage it to the scalp every night for around 5-10 minutes, add a little bit of dry methi (fenugreek leaves) to the oil, you can boil it together so it is properly mixed. This remedy can help with your hair condition. 

Drink coconut water every day this will help you to bring your skin texture back plus it will provide healing. 

You can also use mulethi (liquorice powder), curd, turmeric and kesar to be applied externally on your face. 

Drinking liquorice tea can also help you to get your skin glow back.

Hi Astha by eating lots of medicine your digestion has become very weak now. You need to understand that medicine only treat the symptoms they don't work on the healing. They make you feel comfortable. 

There was something unfavorable to your body and body was throwing it through fever. 

Now you can reverse the effects of those medicine by making changes in your lifestyle..

Lets first look at below.

1. What is your diet. Is it heavy on cooked, fried and processed food? 
2. Are you still taking any medicine? 

Food diet heavy on milk and milk products, fried food etc produces acid residue ash in our body.

Body is very intelligent and can heal itself in favourable conditions. Once you believe in this that body can heal itself and make following changes in your diet and life you will be improve. Basically folllow a lifestyle where your intake of fruits and vegetables is more than 50 percent and gradually increase to 70 percent. I suggest below changes. 

1. Completely avoid milk and milk products 
2. No fried food and anything which comes in a packet. 
3. Start everyday with this belief that body can heal itself. 
4. Start your day with cinnamon, ginger tea in winters and luke warm honey water in summer . You can also add few drops of lemon to same. 
5. Your breakfast should be only fruits and preferably mono fruits. 
6. Till 12 PM you should only consume fruits except a vegatable juice made from Beetroot, orange and carrot etc at 11AM. 
7. Eat Salad before you eat cooked food in lunch. There are many interesting recipes at Wellcure Recipe Section. You may like to include them in your diet. 
8. Evening tea should be a herbal tea. 
9. Dinner should be very light and eaten before 8PM

नमस्ते


शरीर में अधिक दाह (inflammation) अधिक होने से रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता कमज़ोर पड़ जाती है।

बैक्टीरिया के संक्रमण को निरूपित नहीं कर पाती है। जिसके कारण ये टाइफाइड बुखार होता है। इसको ठीक करने के सही पद्धति ना चुनी जाए तो बुखार ठीक के बाद इस तरीक़े के लक्षण देखे जाते हैं।

निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में 1 बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्यनमस्कार आसन 5 बार करें।

3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- नहाने के पानी में नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले पेट के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
