Namaste,

Increased intake of sour, salty, bitter, oily, spicy, and fried foods and tea, coffee, and alcoholic beverages aggravate Pitta in the body, which leads to the condition of UTI. Working in the sun or hot weather and excessive physical exertion aggravates the condition.

This leads to;

Burning sensation at the urethra

Pain
Discomfort
Burning sensation while passing urine

Avoid intake of hot, oily, spicy, sour, salty, and bitter foods.

Increase intake of liquids in the form of water, juices, coconut water.

Eat fruits like water melon, pears and grapes.

Hello, I suspect you might be having UTI infection. I recommend you to get a diagnosis for the underlying cause. Meanwhile, the following remedies will help.
 

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Take vitamin C rich diet
  • Avoid bladder irritants such as caffeine, alcohol, spicy food, nicotine, carbonated drinks, and artificial sweetener etc.
  • Empty your bladder again and again even when it's a small amount, helps in getting rid of bacteria.
  • Include probiotics in your diet.

Hi there ,

I'd advise you to  

1.Drink more water because the more water you drink, the more you’ll have to pee; the more you pee, the more bacteria will be flushed out from urethra . 

Increasing your water  consumption may also help prevent further problems with your urinary tract .

2. Drink cranberry juice -  Avoid ( any sugary beverages) tea , coffee , alcohol and soda
3. Add vitamin C in your diet
4. If the pain persist for long one can always opt for Hot bags or hot fomentation in your abdomen .

When your blood and your whole system gets acidic in nature due to toxins, the urine you will pass also will be very acidic and hence the burning sensation.

Change your diet to alkaline based diet. The best combination could be 50% of your daily intake could be freshly grown, local and seasonal fruits. 35% of your daily intake could be fresh vegetables. 10% could be grains and 5% can be soaked nuts.

Alkaline juices like the ash gourd juice or bottle gourd juice too work wonders.

Hi

Please consider these:

- Drink lots of water and other liquids like juices

- Do not hold on when you feel the pressure to visit the loo

- Coconut water is extremely beneficial

Of course if the sensation persists or you observe any other syptoms, do visit your doctor

This is sign of toxins in urine which the body is eliminating. Now your endeavour must be to help your body in this process. If you remain for long hours in an AC environment then the normal toxin elimination which should have happened from your skin is now overloading the kidney and thus kidneys are working overtime. Try to minimise the AC use if possible or take following steps:-

1. Drink 14 to 16 glasses of water.

2. Increase citrus fruit juices or plain lime juice in ormal water.

3. Limit cooked food to dinner and swith to fruits and salads for rest of the day.

4. Avoid tea/coffee and aerated drinks as they will again overload the kidneys.

निष्कासन में रुकावट है इसीलिए शरीर आपसे इस रूप में संवाद कर रही है,

सुबह ख़ाली पेट खीरा १/२ + पुदीना५पत्ते पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ

लंच से १ घंटा पहले ये ही जूस बना कर पीएँ, शाम ५ बजे नारियल पानी लें और रात के खाने से १घंटा पहले फिर खीरे का जूस लें।

खाना खाने के २घंटे बाद पेट पर सादे पानी में सूती कपड़े डुबो कर पट्टी रखें २० मिनट के लिए या खीरा को पीस कर उसका पेस्ट भी लगा सकते हैं २० मिनट के लिए और सुबह में अनुलोम विलोम करें१० मिनट के लिए सुबह और शाम की धूप २० मिनट का लें सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

नाश्ते में केवल फल खाएँ और दोपहर या रात के खाने में केवल सलाद खाएँ पका हुआ खाना केवल एक बार खाएँ बेहतर परिणाम मिलेंगे।
