How to wake up naturally at 5 am, feeling fresh and motivated not tired?

Namaste,

Make an habbit of sleeping around 9.00 pm to 9.30pm so that a person can wake up by 5am. Repeatedly doing this habbit a person can complete good  8 hrs sleep as well as 
mind will be fresh and active. Body also will tune accordingly. 

Doing some warm up and breathing exercise will be additional added advantage for a healhthy life. Brisk walk and jogging also helpful

Dear Akansha, before thinking about waking time you have to plan for your sleeping time. Because it is very important to go to bed at right time. So, if you want to wake up early at 5am naturally and fresh with motivational thoughts then you have to go to bed at 10 to 11 pm at night.

Try to use very low calorie food as dinner to avoid restlessness during your sleep. Avoid wheat, heavy or oily food and drink more than three lts. of water in a day. You should have to finish dinner before 8 pm. Add walking in your daly routine.

Music is one of best therapies for a good sleep. Listen to music before going to bed and get yourself relaxed.

The simple answer is to sleep at 10 pm which will automatically wake you up fresh at 5 am. However, while changing this habit you will almost need to force yourself to sleep by reading a boring book etc to ensure that you sleep by that time. Also, you can create an environment at home like having light dinner before 8 pm, dimming the lights and leaving your phone/laptop/tv in the other room etc. at 9 pm where your body gets the signal that its time to sleep now. Also, if you want to reduce your sleep hours/needs at an overall level, try eating only raw for 3-4 days and notice how the sleeping need of your body reduces to only 5-6 hours or less.

रात का खाना जल्दी लें। खाना में कच्चे सब्ज़ियों का सलाद नमक के बिना लें। नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। अनाज को पचाने में जितना परिश्रम लगता है उतना ही नमक को पचाने में लगता है। खुराक ग़लत ढंग से पका हुआ हो और देर से लेने से शरीर को अधिक नींद की ज़रूरत पड़ती है।

पाचन तंत्र को आराम देंगे। शरीर को जल से, सूर्य की रोशनी से, हवा से और आकाश से आराम दें ।आराम का मतलब केवल नींद नहीं है। रात की नींद 11 से 4 की ज़रूरी है। इस वक़्त हमारा लिवर अपना काम करता है। इसके बाद की नींद का कोई फ़ायदा हमारे आंतरिक शरीर को नहीं मिलता है। क्योंकि हमारा आंतरिक शरीर केवल सूर्य के उगने और अस्त होने के समय के हिसाब से काम करता है। शरीर का काम सूर्य उदय के बाद भोजन लेना, उसका पोषक तत्व को शरीर के सभी कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचाना और ऊर्जा देना है। सूर्य अस्त होने के बाद अंधेरे के वक़्त जो ख़राब कोशिकाएँ है उसको निकालना, जो कोशिका ठीक हो सकती है, उसको ठीक करना। नए कोशिकाओं को जन्म देने का काम करता है। शरीर को यह काम प्रति दिन करना होता है। इसलिए खुराक में फल और कच्चे सब्ज़ी 70% हमें लेना चाहिए।इस तरीक़े से अपने दिनचर्या और खुराक शुद्धि करके, सुबह आप बिना किसी आलस के पूरी ऊर्जा के साथ उठ जाएँगे।

Hello Akansha,

Go to sleep early at night, around 10p.m.
When you will wake up at 5am after this,your sleeping hours will be completed. 

And don't use mobile, laptops, computers, tv 1hour before sleeping. 
Read some books, novels before sleeping.

Do exercise and yoga in the morning.

You should eat a light meal in dinner 3 hours before bedtime. avoid caffeinated products after 5 pm coffee tea. Do walk after taking a meal. avoid screen exposure at night. Consume 40-50 percent of fruits in daily diet. Do meditation for deep sleep n tell your subconscious mind to wake up early in the morning. This process can take 15 -25 days depending on your routine because it takes time to change the body clock. Another cause is your body toxins which are responsible for fatigue n stress. To avoid stress n fatigue you should consume an Alkaline diet which will work for the body not against the body.

Hello 😊

You need to program your mind before going to sleep for the time you want to get up...close your eyes and for 17 secs continuously concentrate on that time. This needs a lot of practice as well. 

Also sleeping by 10 you can easily get yourself up by 5:00 a.m, don't eat solid food for dinner and try to eat your dinner 1.5 hours before going to bed.
