Hello,

Today as per the life style and diet we are following which leads to more health issues and life cycle is becoming very short.

The main cause will be;

Extremely hot water bathing
Overweight
Wearing tight underwear
Sitting for a long time
Excessive alcohol consumption
Deficiency of zinc
Extra physical or mental workload

Take sufficient amount of vitamin and fertility supplement.
Try to maintain a healthy well-balanced diet so that you should not be overweight. Since overweight affects the testosterone and estrogen levels.
Exercise regularly but do not overdo the procedure. As intense and over-exercise could lead to low sperm count.
Stay away from toxins such as junk food, outside foods, fast foods etc.
Do not overstress. Do yoga to keep your mental as well as physical health calm and controlled.
Massage your body with herbal oil so as to increase the blood circulation which in turn increases your sperm count.
Maintain a well-balanced diet and be hydrated all throughout the day, eat fruits, nuts and fresh organic vegetables. Disorders like anaemia or malnutrition could also lower your sperm count.
Also cut down on caffeine products such as soft drinks and coffee.
Do not put your cell phone in the trouser pocket or laptop on your lap, avoid too much heat.
Take deep good night sleep.

Try all the above and work it out.

live and let live Natural.

Sperm health is completely a reflection of your life style and food habits.

When there is lot of toxins in your system it can reflect in all the health disturbances.

where do you start? Start with your food. Start eating clean. Remove all refined flour ,oil, processed sugar, white salt etc from your daily diet. Stop eating outside food. Stop consumption of processed and packaged food like stuffs. What can you eat? Lots of fresh ,locally grown, seasonal fruits. You can start your day everyday with it. Have more fruits for lunch. And let your dinner be a large bowl of salad withlots of greens, sprouted grains or soaked nuts. Finish eating before sunset, so that your body gets enough time to digest, assimilate the nutrients and send the waste towards the exit for elimination. If you continue eating late at night the body doesnt get enough time to do its functions properly.

Become active. Go for walks, do yoga or participate in some active sport daily. This will also improve your metabolism.

Connect with nature. Go out in the sun. Get enough exposure to the suns rays, breath fresh air and do some gardening too. Sleep well. rest well.

Look into your life for energy vampires. Do you have a stressfull life? Do you have a stressful job? Do you drink alcohol? Do you smoke? If yes for all then stop and change.

These are basic guidelines. But for better guidance you may get in touch with me and get a diagnisis done and get a personalised plan for improvement of your health.

For the last few decades, research studies have known that sperm quality and fertility rates have been in decline in most countries. One of the basic causes may be due to environmental factors, very commonest, due to excessive use of laptops ( using laptops on laps ) and also sometimes contributed to excess usage of mobile phone which have an adverse effect to the quality and quantity of sperm count.Presence of pus cells may be due to underlying infections in the sperms. More specific lab investigations could help to find the exact cause of infection.

I would like to enlist some simple natural ways to increase the motility and .quality of the sperm count, as follows:

  • Good exercise and sleep- Both these activities are very essential. Sleep is essential atleast for 7-8 hours. Exercise another important factor. Research studies have shown that decreased quality and quantity of sperm in cases of obese men.
  • Reduce Stress - Stress buster activities of your choice would be a best option. Leisure activities like gardening, pets, music, photography and if you have a flair towards any other activity that relax you you are advised to undertake those activities to keep stress levels at par.
  • Avoid smoking, ssocial drugs and alcohol - Excessive use of nicotene, social drugs and alcohol have an adverse effect on health of sperm
  • Avoid unnecessary use of medications unless it is very neccessary to undergo some essential medications that concern your health. Medications like antibiotics, anti-androgens, anti-inflammatics, corticosteroids, anobolic steroids, exogenous testasterones, methadones are medications that needs to be avoided.
  • Get enough of Vit-D and Calcium in your diet.Sunlight has been a great source of Vit-D and half an hour sun bathing in the morning or evening could be a bes option to be considered. Foods like lentils, green leafy vegetables, seeds that are rich in calcium could be added to your diet.
  • Add fenugreek to your diet. Fenugreek could be taken in the form of leaves ( fenugreek spinach ) or seeds made into powder and mixed with freshly prepared buttermilk or additions of fenugreek to dishes during the preparation could also work well.
  • Some of the other foods groups that you could keep a watch to add them to diet, name Zinc (nuts, beans, grains ) , Folate ( green leafy vegetables, lettuce, spinnache, fruits and fruit juices, beans, nuts etc ), Vit - C ( citrus fruits and juices, tomatoes, brocolli, cabbage etc), Vit - E ( Soya beans, nuts, beans, brocolli, spinnach etc )
  • Omega -3 Fatty Acids - Inclusion of these food groups might also work. Foods like nuts, seeds, flaxseeds, walnuts, soya beans etc are rich in Omega-3 fatty acids in plant based food groups.
  • L-arginine - Its a type of amino acids which plays a vital role in the health of sperm. Foods like peanuts, pumpkin seeds, beans lentils are some of the plant sources of this amino acids

The above said guidelines may be considered to be general guidelines. I still would suggest you to take a expert opinion from a Urologist.
