Hello,

Almonds, peanut butter, green peas, sprouts, lentis, beans, chickpeas, black grams, Rajma, Quinoa are rich in protein.

Additionally you may try Soya beans which is a rich soure of plant based proteins. Protein content of Soya beans is almost 56%.. Once cup of soya beans could give you almost 30-35 grams of protein in your diet. Glycin and Conglycin are types of proteins which are present in Soyabeans, they make up to almost 80% of protein content in the beans.

Caution should be taken in some cases allergic reactions are seen on consumption of soyabeans and in those cases it is always better to avoid it.

Hi. Eat a wholesome diet rich in fruits, raw vegetable juices & salads, sprouts with some bit of nuts & seeds. Body will get not just proteins, but also all the cell, tissue, blood building material that it needs.

Sunflower seeds are supposed to be protein-rich. Sprout & eat them for more benefits. Have a serving of sprouts salad every day.

Also soaked almonds.

Eat proteins from foods that are easy for the body to digest & assimilate the nutrients of. Body needs amino acids - the building blocks of protein. So when you eat a so called protein rich food, body first breaks it into amino acids & then uses it to create protein it needs. Hence, what you really need are amino acids & not proteins. Amino acids are abundantly found in the foods I mentioned above. Animal foods such as milk & non veg is believed to be protein rich, but this is very difficult for body to digest. Best to avoid in a healing phase.
