Hi, How to get rid of dysmenorrhoea(cramps during menstruation) without any painkillers?

you can try drinking ajwain....take few ajwain seeds and boil it in water.....strain the seeds n drink that water...it will help...☺️

Namaste,

The best healing his, before the cycle post 10 days take one glass of handmade pomegranate juice and add one spoon ginger juice and mix it well and drink.

This helps to overcome cramps during menes time.

Hi! I also get severe menstrual cramps, especially on the first day. Earlier I used to take painkillers. But it has been some time now that I manage my cramps only through hot-fermentation - it may take some time, but it surely gives me relief. Plus as is true in case of any pain/discomfort your body needs a lot of rest to recover. So, I ensure I get ample rest and sleep during that time.

Other than that, ginger tea is also very soothing.

Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation) must not lead you to painkillers. That will aggregate the issue. Attention to the root cause is needed here. Have you need on any contraception in the past ? 

Take regular spinal bath. Don’t take hot water compress on the abdomen even if it feels like a relief. It won’t help heal the issue. Live on tender coconut water or fruit juices or fruits or veg saalads. Only one solid cooked meal in a day in moderate qty at night must be taken. Enema must be taken. This will normalise the condition as days pass. Restoration to natural lifestyle will heal ur body to perform naturally
