Read moreA fully grown adult living a normal life requires 3 to 5% of protein daily. This is about four almonds, three walnuts and 30 grams of sprouts. Protein loss is a myth.
No medication or any other supplement is required. With the mushrooming of Gym and exercise centres, the protein myth is made use by the owners to entice customers to sell protein shakes. In fact these shakes are hazardous to health.
Thank you soooo much dear....

Kindly describe in general terms what is a protein loss. Protein itself is a hyped word. Body makes proteins from amino acids that are in the natural raw foods. We are not doctors who work on symptom based suggestions. We advice a holistic lifestyle coaching. Please describe his foodand liquids habits / his symptoms of protein loss / his overall day to day routine so we understand his condition better.

It only means his blood is really toxic and thick and kidneys are not working. Whether protein goes or something else goes is not the root cause. Keep him on a diary free diet, free of animal foods , sugar, if possible remove all cooked form his diet and keep him on a salt free fruits majorly, vegetables and greens. No grains and sugar too. No oils too. If hot food is needed, hebcan have soups of pumpkin or tomato without any diary or oils or ghee.
Regarding your daughters weight gain - loss or gain depends on the body’s working efficiently. If she likes fruits and veggies, continue that. If she does not like diary, it’s good. Please remove all oils and animal products. She canbhave coconut and peanuts etc not to put on weight, but to just compensate for the oils in the cooking. Cook oilfree . Google for methods. Overtime she will develop taste in healthy whole food plant based food and she will gain weight, but if she is healthy, please don’t worry about looks
Dear health seeker, what made your uncle to feel the deficiency of proteins as per your narrative he is quite healthy person and excessive protein intake may lead to many unwanted health issues it may end up in stone formation ,kidneys will have to work overtime to rid the body of excess protein causing considerable damage to kidneys.
Lots of canards are being spread by the vested interest promoting protein products, Please be doubly sure that there is a deficiency of proteins before dabbling into excessive intake, protein deficiency could be and should be made up through plant based foods, even if he is protein deficient,
