How to reduce stress?? It was continues to head pain.. Please give good suggestion.

Hello Ji,

Some Common symptoms of stress is  are restlessness, fatigue, irritability, muscular aches, insomnia/sleep disorders, abdominal upsets, dizziness, irritability and poor concentration.

Breathing exercises: Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when anxious or stressed and has deep breathing when relaxed and happy. Next time you become stressed, watch your breathing. Try to slow it down. Take a relaxed position and breathe deep using the abdomen muscles. Let the diaphragm expand while breathing in, and contract while breathing out. This will immediately relax you and reduce anxiety attacks. Exercise, meditation, relaxation techniques and Yoga postures are also recommended.

U should do yoga and meditation. and try to spend ur tym with positive people.it will definitely help.

नमस्ते

आपको तरल पदार्थ की ज़्यादा ज़रूरत है।

सुबह नारियल पानी लें, फिर मीठे फल के ५ से ६ मुंनक्के का सेवन करें।

दोपहर पालक १० पत्ते + पुदीना १० पत्ते पिस कर १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, फिर शाम को ५बजे नारियल पानी लें और रात के खाने को ७बजे तक में लेने की कोशिश करें और रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को शामिल करें।

मेरुदंड हमेशा सीधा रखें चाहे आप बैठे हों या लेटें हों।

मेरुदंड स्नान करें प्रतिदिन।

गहरे लम्बे स्वाँस भरे रुके फिर स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुके फिर लम्बी स्वाँस भरें, ये चक्र एक चक्र हुआ ऐसे १० चक्र करें दिन भर में कभी भी कर सकते हैं मेरुदंड सीधा होना चाहिए।

रात के भोजन के बाद कोई भी वाद्य यंत्र के शास्त्री संगीत सुने, कमरे की रोशनी को मध्यम कर दें

कोई सुगंधित फूल रखें अपने कमरे में और सोने से पहले नाभि पर गीले कपड़े की पट्टी करें,

खाना खाने से १ घंटा पहले सर पर एक सुती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और करी पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ।

आँखो पर सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है।

Stress can be because of any reason and many reson . It might be because of your emotional, physical ( environmental) and mental activities. Whatever the cause may be try to find out the tackle it at the earliest . One of the many ways to reduce stress is through meditation . Try practicing simple meditation techniques in the beginning and then you can practice other advance techniques . Stay away from those which gives you more stress .

What are you stressed about ? Things that you can’t control ? Why ? Would u be able to manage things that are out of control if you worry about it ? What’s the use of wasting our body’s resources like adrenaline which is like an acid that burns your insides if it’s asked to produce again and again ? Understand that the universe works on the principle of karma and your action. What you experience is what you deserve and how u act will create your future. So Krishna says in bhagavadgeethe - do your actions and don’t worry about the results. Follow this like a law and you will de-stress. Include a positive Satvik food like fruits veg greens into your life that has more life and reduce the not so alive cooked foods, eliminate animal products and man made foods like sugar or packaged foods. Add yoga meditation and pranayama. The above will calm ur body mind and spirit
