Can i use rose water on my face as i get lot of sweat specially when i do morning excercise and walking so can i use rose water or any other toner can u recommend me???? Thanks :)

It is actually very good that you sweat a lot after your exercises. This shows that the skin is still functioning normally. When your skin sweats oils are also secreted which keep your healthy smooth and healthy-looking. The best thing you can do for your skin is to wash your face after your exercise and cooling down is done.

Then why are you worried about addressing it ? Some people eliminate via skin and if it’s not smelly, then leave it. Take a fresh bath and move on.
Sweating releases toxins from our body, so firstly it is healthy. Toxins in the body are directly related to your intake of toxins, which are of three types - physical, chemical and emotional. Physical is the environment you live in, chemical is in food and all creams/lotions used and emotional is in your thoughts.
Use of rose water will not help in toxin elimination but will certainly make you feel good. Drinking adequate water or more citrus juices will help.

See getting sweat is not a bad process. It is natural, to keep the temperature of body normal the body releases sweat and to also remove harm off the skin so this is not bad at all.
So getting sweat is obvious. If you still wanna get rid of it carry a napkin with you 😂.

Unless you have an oily skin you need not use rose water on regular basis although there's no harm in using it regularly . Regular workouts , exercises and walking or jogging will naturally induce sweating so do not worry about it . Besides rose water other natural skin tonners you can use are apple cider vinegar , aloe Vera and also ice cold water .
Yes, u can use rose water but it's good to see your skin type. Splash plain water on face is the best option with no side effects.
