I can't pass gas,have constipation,chest pain sometimes,water in burps ,help me please I have anxiety too , health anxiety

Hello,

Increase intake of fiber, especially fruits and vegetables.

An apple or banana each day is helpful. Bananas should be ripe (bright yellow.

Have a mid-morning soup, preferably prepared with spinach and tomato.

Take daily morning and evening walks for at least 20-30 minutes each.

Eat whole grains and nuts.

Avoid removing bran from the flour because the bran is an insoluble fiber that clears off the intestines and relieves constipation.

Avoid refined foods like white flour, bread, pasta, pizza, white rice, etc.

Disturbing psychological factors should be removed.

The food should be warm and freshly -prepared, as cold and stale food slows down the digestive power.

Soak 3-4 dried figs after washing them overnight in water. Eat them first thing in the morning, and also drink the water in which they were soaked. They should also be taken in the evening. Try this treatment for 3-4 weeks.

I think you must stay on veg juices tender coconut for 3 days and rest. Buy and enema kit and start water enema daily for 1 month. Have fruits and vegjuices for 10 days after first 3 days and get back to me.

Daily you need walk for 5 km...  Drink 2 glass hot water...

Hello Jassi, 
Looking at your age and told symptoms it seems something wrong went in with food you ate and as it is rainy season going onn it is quite common that people get infected easily. 

I will suggest you to do a fast for whole day and eat the next day and also do all your work on the day which you kept the fast on and if you feel low on energy, go for a glass of glucose.

This is all that i think is something you should do to cure yourself naturally
And make body heal itself.

नमस्ते

आपका निष्कासन (elimination) पूर्ण रूप से नहीं हो रहा है ।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

२ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

सलाद दोपहर १ बजे, बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, 

 हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पिएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

As far as I can understand from what little you have shared in your query is that you are suffering from an inefficient digestive system.  This might soon change into acid reflux which could be even more painful and irritable and create further complications.  

You need to change your eating habits right away.  Shift to a fruit and raw vegetables diet as soon as possible.  Try to delay your breakfast as long as possible.  Break your fast with just water.  Finish drinking water sip-by-sip (at least 10 minutes) in as much maximum time as possible.  Have fruits when you are really hungry and only fruits for as long as possible followed by raw vegetables.  Avoid wheat and Oil and minimise intake of salt and sugar.  Tea, Coffee, Milk and Cold Drinks are poison in such condition.  Not to mention Non-Veg should be avoided at all cost until the condition improve.

Look up and find some exercises which involve abdomen. 

WHEAT IS A NO-NO IN SUCH CONDITION.
