Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables.
Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks.
Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato.
Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc.
Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.
Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals.
Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy for weight loss.

Your weight is 57 but I don't know whether you are overweight or not because you haven't mentioned your height.
But still if you want to lose weight then you should daily perform surya namaskar,it is very helpful, if you do 12 sets of surya namaskar then you can burn upto 600 calories. Don't do it this much if you have blood pressure or asthma.
Increase fibres in your diet,take salad,green leafy vegetables,seasonal fruits.
Avoid alcohol, tea,deep fried food items,junk food.
Take your at around 7p.m. and walk around 100 steps after that.
And drink more water during the day.
I think your weight is normal..57 is not too much...if you want to reduce more...do morning walk every day for 45 minutes...thats it

First of all it's more important to know the ideal weight of your body in proportion with your height and not your age . Your weight can be ideal according to you height which you haven't mentioned . However if you want to reduce your body weight you have to cut down the extra calories intake , eat only when you're hungry and moderately . Drink 3-4 liters of water daily and consume more green leafy vegetables and fruits . Avoid oily fried food and junk foods , abstain from alcohol and smoking .
For exercise plans one can always start with morning walk , jogging or brisk walk , cycling, swimming and every other forms of physical exercises daily will ultimately help you .
