Hello.... I'm getting alot of hairfall from winters. Please help me to solve my problem with natural hair remides?

Hello Ji,

One can suffer from hair loss at any age.The condition generally results in a receding hair line

or It is an indication of Hormonal Imbalance too. like;

Stress
Weakness
Anaemia
Lack of proper nutrition
Vitamin B6 and folic acid deficiency
Unclean scalp, which blocks and weakens the hair pores
Hereditary factors

Eat dates, green leafy vegetables, and its juice, fruits and sleep on time.

Avoid stress,  intake of Iron food is must.

Cut and de-seed an Indian gooseberry
Crush the cut gooseberry to paste
Press this paste on a sieve and extract its juice
Add 3 tbsp lemon juice to this juice
Mix well
Apply this on the scalp
Leave it for 30 min
Wash off with normal water

Use home made herbal hair oil.

Use castor oil thrice a week....and do balayam..Early morning empty stomach..for 5 minutes

नमस्ते

सुबह की शुरुआत १/२ खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद लें, १२ बजे दोपहर में पालक १० पत्ते + पुदीना १० पत्ता पीस कर १००ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, रात का खाना ८ बजे तक में कर लें रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सर पर एक सुती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और करी पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ।

आँखो पर सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।

In simple i will suggest you stay away from junk food firstly. Use mild herbal or organic shampoo. And major issue is tension, anxiety, lack of sleep so start doing meditation. Thank you

Take coconut oil,  warm it,  add methidana, curry leaves,  baby onion, lemon, fresh alo Vera, ghoosbery powder, 2 hibiscus flowers.  Boil at slow Flame.   Let it be cool,  sieve it and use it twice a week, keep it overnight and wash in d morning
