I'm having severe hair fall post delivery and depression. Loss of interest in work or anything. I'm a breastfeeding mom of 5 months old. Daily I wake up late and sleep after everyone has slept I've tried everything to make my routine but I failed as my baby wake at night. I don't have energy to do household works pls give me some suggestions to overcome my situation.

नमस्ते

आप जब खाने के बारे सोंचे तो केवल कच्चे आहार में क्या लिया जा सकता है ये देखना है दिन शुरुआत १/२खीरे+५पुदीने के पत्ते को पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, 1 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ साथ में थोड़े सूखा फल जैसे की मुनक्के, अंजीर, खजूर, किसमिस, ख़ुरबानी लें भिगोए हुए।

पालक१० पत्ते+पान पत्ते १ को पीस कर 100ml  पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। इस जूस के एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। खाने में सलाद मेवे के साथ ज़रूर लें सब्ज़ी के सूप में घी या मक्खन या अन्य तेल के जगह में काजू  ,  बादाम, अखरोट, नारियल का पेस्ट मिलाएँ और तिल या अलसी भूने हुए 2 चम्मच मिलाएँ।

जितना आराम शरीर को चाहिए उससे ज़्यादा आराम पेट को चाहिए सो अनाज कम लें दूध, दही, घी, तेल, से बचें अंकुरित अनाज सलाद में मिला कर लें।

शाम को भी फल खाएँ और रात को सूप और सलाद। 

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पिएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।

Hi Chanrika, I can understand your situation. Maybe you are trying to be a perfect mom or pushing yourself too hard.

There is nothing called perfection, we are eveolving all the time. Do your best, enjoy your time with your baby without overthinking too much. Let the house mess me, let the routines be. Wake up and do your activities as per your child's routine. That is more important.

Eat a diet high in raw foods. That will also reduce your time in the kitchen,

Take long walks with your baby in the stroller, that will surely rejuvenate you. Play with her, sing to her and enjoy her growing phase.

In the evening, let someone else look after your baby for sometime and use that time for a quick meditation or yoga nidra or deep breathing oe just writing something.

Join a similar woman's group and meet other mothers and share your problems and solutions,

Best of luck. This too shall pass.

Postpartum depression only means that a mother feels she has lost all her freedom and is now stuck caring for a baby. You have given birth to a new life. It’s a proud moment. I work with moms who are struggling to feel the news of conception. It’s natural to also feel

Low when you are on wrong foods all day. 

 

Even if you are a new mom and can follow the following, u will heal 

 

Start ur day with a 250 ml cucumber juice 

Next a big glass of raw greens leaf juice with any vegetables ginger and lime 

Raw Fruits big bowl next hunger 

Raw vegetables next hunger with fresh coconut 

Oilfree millet lunch for dinner.

 

This must make ur feeding also nutritious and improve your overal health. Don’t panic if you get colds and coughs. It’s not due to any infection. That will be the toxins inside coming out. Ur baby will be fine.

 

Avoid all animal productslike diary including ghee which is loaded to a new mom now, no meat eggs etc too

No coffee tea sugar

Hi Chandrika. What you are going through is fairly normal for every new mom. So first and foremost don’t worry about it. Worry eats away a lot of energy. So save it pls.

Don’t hesitate in taking help - from hubby, maids, family members. Keep some time for yourself when someone else can take care of baby. Be it half an hour or one hour, do anything you like - sleep, rest, watch tv, get a home massage, etc.  

Do yoga. Deep breathing will help you feel more energetic.

Eat light foods, they will keep you more energetic. Have fruits as first meal of the day. Eat fruits as snack too, on empty stomach, don’t mix with anything else. Reduce your cooked meals by one. For eg - if you take 3 cooked meals, reduce to two. Raw improves energy.
