Please provide weight loss diet plan and exercise advise

Hi, Start with walking regularly atleast 5k steps and gradually come to jogging. Perform Surya namaskar daily atleast 21 times, and Kapalbhati. It will help you get rid of excess fat.

Drink honey lemon water as first thing in morning. And for diet, eat how much ever you want, it should be healthy. And once a time, cheat day is fine. Don't worry, just workout more than you eat. And your weight will be managed.

Hello,

Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables.

Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato.

Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc.

Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks. 

Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals.

Take a tablespoon of honey daily with warm water. It is an excellent home remedy.

Take one teaspoonful of fresh honey and mix with a half of lime juice in a glass of lukewarm water. Take several times a day at regular intervals. You can fast on this drink during the day without the loss of energy. Highly effective.

No need of diet plan dear. Just focus that you wouldnt have any junk food. Be stick to fruits n raw. Walk 10k steps n do some exercise thats all

Hi there ,

First and foremost thing you have to do in order to cut down your weight is to check your food quality and quantity . Reduce the calories intake or compensate it with physi workouts . Decrease the amount of carbs in your diet such as rice , sweets , processed and refined foods etc. Also avoid oily foods and other junk foods , they are the main reason why most people increases weight drastically . Consume more greens , veggies , fruits and dried fruits. As per the exercise or workouts plan you any physical activities are helpful . You can always start your day with morning walk or jogging or brisk walking , cycling , swimming and every other sports and games will definitely help in cutting down your weight .
