I have dark circles under eyes and my vision is also poor

Hi 

  • Get good, sound sleep is the primary remedy for removing black circles around eyes. 
  • Avoid straining of eyes by seeing TV, Mobiles and PC for longer times.
  • Take cold eye pack or compress to relax your eyes. 
  • Slice cucumber/ potato and keep it above your eyes for 20-30 Mins will help.
  • Apply aloevera around the eyes (above dark circle).
  • Oatmeal scrub also more beneficial.
  • Apply honey mixed with turmeric will help you to remove dark circles. 
  • Drink more water. 
  • Take more fruits and vegetables.
  • Practice Yoga and meditation regularly and keep stress and tension away. 
  • Apply cold mud pack.
  • Apply almond oil/ coconut oil  on your dark circles and massage foe few minutes and rinse.
  • Apply rose water by using cotton balls. Soak Cotton balls in rose water and place them under your eyes for 15-20 mins. Then wash with cold water. 
  • Too much sleep also cause dark circles. So avoid too much sleep.

Use cucumber or tomato for ur eyes 
Put eye pack this will reduce ur dark circles 
Practice eye exercises for ur better vision 
And don't see TV or mobile by to much near or by lying this kind of activities will affect ur eye sight

Holistically dark circles around eyes are the reflections of accumulated toxins around the cervix area. Or you may say urinal track or utrus. 
Over the face toxins in intestinal areas are reflected.
So try to have hip bath twice and detox your gut.
Adequate morning water
For mind shake you can use fresh cucumber or carrot  slices.
Use Tulsi oil over dark circles for better natural glow mixed with turmeric powder.
Have face baths as possible
Natural enema for long time or detoxify the body is best alternative medicine.

For vision Tulsi around eyes and if pasted on eye lids will improve vision.

Wash your eyes thrice a day with soft water.

Walk bare footed on green grass for half an hour daily.

Visualise Green Color Meditation and observing this color through the eyes for better vision and meditation.

  1.  कम से कम 3 से 4 लीटर पानी रोज  पीजिए !   
  2. 7 से 8 घंटे तक प्रतिदिन सोए !
  3. भोजन में 80% फल  व सब्जियों का सेवन करें !
  4. त्राटक व आंख के व्यायाम का अभ्यास करें !
  5. क्रोध व ईर्ष्या से बचें !

Hello..,

Apply cucumber or potato after cutting it into slices on your eyes.

Also,you can apply Cotton dipped in gulabjal on your eyes.

Please minimize the use of all electronic devices like mobiles, laptops, computers, tv.

As far as the diet part is considered, have green leafy vegetables mainly in your diet. 
Also include salads in your diet.
Have whole grains like barley, millets,oats.

Do pranayam and yoga regularly.

Namaste Ji,

Dark circles can affect both men and women. Now there are many reasons for dark circles to appear under your eyes; from stress , lack of sleep, hormonal changes, a disturbed lifestyle, 
hereditary and many more.

Not Drinking adequate water also one of the major cause. And rubbing eyes continiously, crying.. also leads to Dark Circle.

Seeing mobile till late hours, watching TV for a longer period are increased in numbers.

We can overcome this in certain period of time by eating more seasonal and water content fruits like Water melon, grapes, pears, muskmelon will increaes water content in the 
body which gives coolent.

Washing face from Ice apple, Aloevera gel, rubbing with potato slice or Tomato also gives positive result.

Night before going to bed, keep Almond oil under dark circle and sleep.

Deep Sleep 8 hours is mandatory.

Try all this for 48 days and see the improvement.

If you are affected with myopia, you will have this problem
Practice eye exercise and apply carrot juice around ur eyes and massage gently

Hello Madhu,

The best remedy for dark circles is to apply Mulethi powder (liquorice) and potato juice or carrot juice mixed together, overnight ..


Also you have eat carrots as it is ..eating raw carrots will help you to get rid of dark circles..

नमस्ते

 

आँखों की समस्या मिनरल की कमी को दर्शाता है।आँखों का व्यायाम करें।

आँखों को दाएँ से बाएँ और बाएँ से दाएँ करें गर्दन हिलाएँ नहीं। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। अब आँखों को ऊपर से नीचे और नीचे से ऊपर करें गर्दन को हिलाना नहीं है। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें।घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में घुमाएँ फिर आँखों को बंद कर के आराम दें। 5 बार करें फिर आँख बंद करें। जल्दी जल्दी आँखों को खोलें बंद करें 5 बार फिर आँख को बंद कर के खोले अब त्राटक क्रिया करें।अपने नाक के सीधी दिशा में एक मोमबत्ती जलाएँ। एक हाथ की दूरी रखें अब उस लो को देखें 5 मिनट तक फिर देखें फिर आँख बंद करके आराम करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करें। उसके आँख पर गुलाब जल की गीली पट्टी रखें। उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया पत्ता का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट बाद हटा लें। 

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

 

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
