Plz can any one tell me how to improve immunity power in body??? And morning can i drink warm water with lemon??? Plz do and Thanks a lot :)

Hello, follow these tips for a healthy immune system.
 

  • Include vitamin C rich diet. It helps in increasing WBC count. All citrus fruits are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants.
  • Garlic should be taken daily. It contains allicin, which a sulfur containing compound. It helps in boosting immune function.
  • Spinach is a very healthy choice, it is rich in Vitamin C and beta carotene.
  • Eat blueberries daily, it contains anthocyanins, it strengthens respiratory defence system.
  • Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties. Consume it daily, boiling it in a cup of water.
  • Eat almonds daily, it contains Vitamin E, magnesium and fibers. This benefits the immune system.

Immunity is a misunderstood medical term. If you have to be healthy, you must not be immune to diseases. You must have the vitality to throw junk as soon as it collects. Immunity means capacity to keep the junk inside the body.

Hello,

1/2 to  1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 cup of hot water
Honey or jaggery powder 1 spoon

Add half to one teaspoon of oregano powder to a cup of hot water.
Steep for a few minutes and strain.
Add a little honey or jaggery powder to the tea to increase its flavor and consume immediately.
You can also add oregano to your favorite dishes or salads to enhance their flavor.

Consume 1 to 2 cups of oregano tea daily.
