When, I was 18 year old. I was using hair wax so that after some month hair fall started. Now this problem is not solved by any treatment like hair oiling. Please can you help me for reduce hair fall problem by natural method.

सुबह की शुरुआत १/२ खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद लें, १२ बजे दोपहर में पालक १० पत्ते + पुदीना १० पत्ता पीस कर १००ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, रात का खाना ८ बजे तक में कर लें रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।
मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
सर पर एक सुती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और करी पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ।
आँखो पर सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।

You should massage your hair with oil,it will improve the blood circulation to the roots and hence will strengthen the hairs.
Avoid colouring your hairs or using heat appliances on hairs as it damages the hairs.
Dandruff can also be the reason of hairfall, for that you can apply neem paste on your hairs before taking a bath.
You may try this home made remedy
Take a 100 ml of cocnut oil and 100 ml of gingily oil and heat it for atleast 30-45 minutes. take dried mehendi leaves, dried rose petals, dried lemon leaves ,curry leaves and dried multi petal hibiscus flower. Make a powder of these ingredients and mix with it the heating oil. heat it for 15 more miniutes and allow the oil to cool
Preserve the oil in a container.
Directions for use:
Apply oil to your hair and then massage your head completely in the process of application.
Then try to have 30 minutes of sunbath and later you may go for bath
Avoid using much shampoos based out of artificial ingredients , preferably use some shikkakai powder or plant based shampoos products.Khadi products could be of great choice as well
Try to relax, have enough sleep and also avoid junk foods and sugarted drinks..
You might get notable changes from 4 -5 months onwards....
