I am suffering from stress and anxiety please help me to cure it

Stress and anxiety is a common condition but you should be knowing the fact that it should not exceed it's limit.
Keep an eye on your diet as people sometimes do alterations in that due to stress and anxiety.
Drink good amount of water.
You can get involved in practicing yoga or other exercises and even mediation proves to be amazing to eradicate this issue as it calms the body and mind and harmonizes it.
You can get involved in activities that you like (eg- listening to music)
Also start talking to people about what you feel and what do you stress about.

Depression is psychological condition in which the patient panics, suffers from social anxiety, feel excessively self-conscious and is worried about unrealistic problems.

can last for six months or more and can affect normal activities, job performance and relationships. Patients with anxiety disorders worry excessively about their health, money & career among other things.

This can leads to fatigue, irritability, muscular aches, insomnia/sleep disorders, abdominal upsets, dizziness, irritability and poor concentration.

It is better that your friend can engage himself in any work gives him satisfaction, improve on his skill and participate in any social activities.

Mingle with good friends, have some councelling. Breathe fresh air. Have a brisk walk. Do yoga and meditation. Practice some mudra from the expert.

Read some books, can travel some nice place.

Breathing exercises: Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when anxious or stressed and has deep breathing when relaxed and happy.

Medicine will add side affects only.. so try to work out above said..

Hi there ,

I'm sure there are some reasons for your stress and anxiety . It might be related with your work or household or anything but I'll advise you to try to fight out the reason or problem . Sorry to stay away from those factors triggering you emotionally and physically . practice yoga asanas and meditation daily .

नमस्ते

हमारा शरीर ५तत्व से बना हुआ है वो पाँच तत्व का सामंजस्य ठीक प्रकार से होते ही शरीर पूर्णत्या स्वस्थ हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।वाद्य यंत्र से शास्त्रीय संगीत सुनें राग भैरवी, राग भीम पलासी, राग यमन मियाँकी तोड़ी। अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबूदार फूल लगाएँ।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ ऐसे १० चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है ये दिन में चार बार करें

खुले हवा में बैठें या टहलें

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगाआप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में १२बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।रात के खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ।

बाग़वानी करें, ख़ाली पैर मिट्टी पे चलें दर्द वाले भाग पर गीली मिट्टी लगाएँ या खीरा + धनिया + तिल पीस कर पेस्ट बना लें और लगाएँ २० मिनट के लिए और फिर साफ़ कर लें इससे दर्द में तुरन्त आराम मिलेगा।100mtr की दौड़ सुबह शाम लगाएँ।

Hi Dinesh, 

Dont worry. Things may not always work as expected.  But this should not affect body and mind. In life there may be unpleasant events happen. That is natural.  So stop keep asking questions that 'why this happen to me? '. 

Now coming to remedy. 

I would ask you to do following things. 

1. Try to change the angle you look at things. 
I know it is difficult,  but this is need of the hour.  Dont worry that you need to change from one person to other.. Nothing will happen. 

2. Observe how things work. Make your understanding  clear.  

3. Think what motivates people. Understand it. 

4. Do exercise to reduce anxiety. Make your body fit. Apply diet control for more peaceful mind.  Do not indulge in spicy and non veg food without limits. 

5. You have to be fair with yourself first. 

6. Monitor your peace of mind is replaced in your life. 

7. Nurture good thoughts,  good old memories.

8. Your parents,  especially mother took pain to grow you. Its your responsibility to be free from illness.  She gave you good health. Your gift to her should be to show her you are happily living.
