My thyroid level is 9. 0 and I always have acidity problem and constipation pain in stomach. Give me some natural solution

Hi there , 

 

For your thyroid youu should go for diet with low iodine content , add more cruciferous vegetables like broccoli , cauliflower , cabbages , mustards etc ..; and food which has more dietary fiber to aid your constipation . Avoid salty , oily and other junk foods .

Hello Ahmad,

Normal TSH level is between .4-4 and yours is 9 which is higher than normal and it indicates an underactive thyroid or hypothyroidism. 
Constipation and acidity are some symptoms of hypothyroidism.

Hello, there are many thyroid reversal cases on the journeys section of wellcure. Please read through that to understand how that’s done from a high level. 

 

However, you must understand that thyroid is also a lifestyle issue, your gastric and so are many other symptoms you may have and have not written here in your 2 liner. The answer is not so simple as your question. Reflect back on how your daily living looks like. 

 

Does it have food from animals ? Diary ( cow / buffalo / camel / goat and other mammals milk and anything made from milk) , eggs , sea food, meat etc - u must say no 

Does it have sugar ? U must say no 

Do you have maida and wheat / gluten based foods ? U must say no 

Do you have oil in your cooked food ? U must say no 

Do you eat out often ? U must say no 

Do u make a lot of exceptions to say oh jstvone more time I can eat this as it’s just a dal or roti. - answer must be no 

 

Whatever may the case, food from outside and ready to eat packaged foods are equally harmful. They have taste but not health. 

 

Do u sleep well - answer must be yes 

do u sleep late ? Answer must be no

 

Do u know and see the sun enough to enjoy its warmth and light ? U must say yes 

Do u know how tasty fruits can be as a full meal ? U must say yes 

Do you move your body with exercise daily ? U must say yes 

 

If u answer negatively for the questions then it’s natural that you are sick and if you reverse and make most of these or all of these questions positive then thyroid and any unnamed issue you have also will reverse at once .. in nature cure, we don’t talk about just thyroid / just leg pain/ just pcod / just diabetes / just bp .. for the body they Re all functionalities going wrong in the assembly line. नमस्ते

नमक सेंधा खाने उपयोग करें और बहुत कम नमक लें

हमारा शरीर ५तत्व से बना हुआ है वो पाँच तत्व का सामंजस्य ठीक प्रकार से होते ही शरीर पूर्णत्या स्वस्थ हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ ऐसे १० चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है ये दिन में चार बार करें

खुले हवा में बैठें या टहलें

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में १२बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।रात के खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ।
