I'm becoming fat and feeling very heavy my neck also becoming fat what to do

Gain in the weight can be due to some underlying conditions either lifestyle is contributing in it or there can be a health condition too 
You should keep the check on your plate.Along with it any specific symptoms along with the gaining of weight should be observed.If it is due lifestyle dietary modifications needs to be done along with the exercise regimes.
As you are being specific with your neck it can be a health condition too.

Hello ,

Having a sedentary lifestyle is the main reason for getting fat.So,wake up early in the morning and do walking or jogging. 
Suryanamaskar is very helpful in losing weight.
Do plank regularly. 
Avoid junk food,white bread,maida,oily and deep fried foods.
Take fresh foods,salad, green leafy vegetables,fruit juices in your diet.
Don't take your dinner too late, take it at around 7.pm. and do some walking after that.
Drink a lot of water throughout the day and use warm water.

Hi there , 

Start working out on daily basis . You can start your day with morning walk , jogging or brisk walking , swimming and cycling for one hour daily . You can also go yoga asana and pranayama practices . Check the quality and quantity of food you take daily which means excess calories should be cut down . Consume more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits . Drink sufficient amount of water every day .

नमस्ते

आपका निष्कासन (elimination) पूर्ण रूप से नहीं हो रहा है जिसके वजह से शरीर आपको disease के माध्यम से कुछ कहना चाह रही है।

आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ।

दोपहर में १२बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सुबह के धूप शरीर को लगाएँ!

 लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ ऐसे १० चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है ये दिन में चार बार करें। खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

जिस हिस्से पे दर्द है केवल वहाँ पे माटी का लेप या खीरा+पुदीना+तिल 2चम्मच पीस कर पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए फिर सादे पानी से साफ़ करें और नारियल तेल +कपूर+ हल्दी से नरम हाँथों से मालिश करें घड़ी की सीधी दिशा में (clockwise) और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा में(anticlock wise) प्रेशर बिल्कुल नहीं देना है।
