Hello, I am suffering from depression Loss of weight , insomniac, head ache and many other problems are caused due to this. Can you please help me come out of this?

Depression is not always because you may not have anything positive around you. If your body has a lot of toxic overload, the communications in your body will all be haywire. Gut brain connection will all be amiss. You already have insomnia and gut issues. It’s a perfect case of toxic overload in the body. The first step for you is to restore cleaner eating habits with as much fruits and veg juices green juices to start with. Eat oil free cooked with millets and veggies that are not cooked in oil. Remove all animal sourced products from your life forever. Check out about enema from under nature cure practioner. You will be fine in a month or so roughly depending on how seriously you do this. Begin this your body will still tKe time to clean up, but atleast you will slowly come out of the immediate issues. But continuing a plant based lifestyle is crucial . Stay on cucumber juice, veg juices till 12, fruits for lunch, cooked must only be for dinner. No oily food no sugar no wheat . No outside foods. First of all change your lifestyle it means to change your diet, food intake , stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water specially when u get up early in the morning .... Yes get up early in the morning and most important practice meditation it will help you concentrate on your life and will help you overcome depression 😊 Last but not the least indulge in some outdoor activity for example play some sports cricket,fotball or whatever game you like ..... Have positive and happening friend circle and never overthink about anything 🙏😇

Losing contact with nature and natural foods is one of the primary causes of depression.

Please check where this is happening in your life and make corrections.

You may also need the help of a friend to keep you on track.

नमस्ते

शरीर का भोजन कच्चे फल सब्ज़ी सलाद हैं पका हुआ खाना सिर्फ़ आपके मानसिक संतुष्टि के लिए है।

सुबह बेल्पत्रा5 को पीस कर100ml पानी मिला कर  पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक10पत्ते+पुदीना10पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे(ashguard)20ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल,हरा,पीला शिमला मिर्च1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं

तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो 

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम भी10 मिनट के लिए करें और भ्रमरी प्राणायाम 10मिनट के लिए करें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।
