I am facing a deep anxiety. Bored from everything. Always feeling sleepy.

Depression is psychological condition in which the patient panics, suffers from social anxiety, feel excessively self-conscious and is worried about unrealistic problems.

can last for six months or more and can affect normal activities, job performance and relationships. Patients with anxiety disorders worry excessively about their health, money & career among other things.

This can leads to fatigue, irritability, muscular aches, insomnia/sleep disorders, abdominal upsets, dizziness, irritability and poor concentration.

It is better that your friend can engage himself in any work gives him satisfaction, improve on his skill and participate in any social activities.

Mingle with good friends, have some councelling. Breathe fresh air. Have a brisk walk. Do yoga and meditation. Practice some mudra from the expert.

Read some books, can travel some nice place.

Breathing exercises: Mind has a very close relation with breathing. A person has short and shallow breathing when anxious or stressed and has deep breathing when relaxed and happy.

Medicine will add side affects only.. so try to work out above said..

नमस्ते

हमारा शरीर ५तत्व से बना हुआ है वो पाँच तत्व का सामंजस्य ठीक प्रकार से होते ही शरीर पूर्णत्या स्वस्थ हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ ऐसे १० चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है ये दिन में चार बार करें

खुले हवा में बैठें या टहलें

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगाआप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में १२बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।रात के खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ।

संगीत सुने किसी भी वाद्य यंत्र के द्वारा, अलग अलग राग पर आधारित हो जैसे की भिमपालसी, राग यमन, राग भेरवि, मियाँ तोड़ी अन्य राग को सुने।शास्त्रीय संगीत में अद्भुत शक्ति होती है।

अपने आस पास ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।

Anxiety ista physiological problem which is caused by chaotic world. Anxiety prepares a person to be aware of danger ahead and be prepared to face it. At times when we fail to check it at right time it might harm to quality of life, mainly the mental wellness and thereby affecting the physical wellness leading to various ailments.

Some natural ways to get ride of it, namely

  1. Stay active and cultivate a habbit of regularly exercising, which is good for your physical and emotional health. ...
  2. Don't drink alcohol. Alcohol is considered to be a natural sedative and avoiding it best policy
  3. Stop smoking and social drugs. Consumption of these could increase anxiety related ailments
  4. Stop consumption of tea or caffeine. ...
  5. Get some sleep. Some improper sleep patterns could increase the problem. It is very essential for a normal individual to have atleast 7- 8 hours of sound sleep
  6. Yoga  and Meditatations could be beneficial. There are some specialised practices that could be practiced under the guidance of well trained yoga teacher. ...
  7. Eat a healthy diet. Consumption of less oil, white food items ( white sugar, maida, salt) sugarated drinks, junk foods, spices could also benefit ...
  8. Practice deep breathing along with pranayama could reduce anxiety to a great level.
  9. Also if possible talk to friends or take a help from psychologist or psychiatrist who could guide in a proper way.
