Because of pollution and enormous environmental changes acne has really being a headache for people from working sector as well as teenagers. Kindly suggest something natural for acne free and healthy skin.

Acne is the most common chronic skin disease. It is the inflammation of sebaceous glands and hair follicles usually on face, neck, chest and shoulders. It is closely related to endocrine disturbances in puberty.

The skin covering whole body is an innate mechanism. It serves three important functions

  • Protection 
  • Regulation of body temperature
  • Elimination of waste products

The skin is directly connected to working of whole system. All skin disease are outcome of malfunctioning of body as a whole. 

The treatment of acne by administration of ointment serves no purpose. This only suppress the sebaceous glands temporarily.

In nature cure, the main emphasis is on diet and water treatments. Patient should consume fruits daily, citrus fruits should be avoided. A all-fruit diet is recommended for a few days to cleanse the system.  Strict attention to diet is important for recovery. Starchy, protein and fatty foods should be avoided.

 Two vitamins namely, niacin and Vit A have been successfully used to treat acne. Vitamin therapy under the guidance of doctor is recommended. Also, take Vit E to prevent scarring from acne.

 Hot fomentation should be applied to open up pores and squeeze out waste matter. Than rinse with cold water.

 A hot Epsom bath twice a week will be highly beneficial in all forms of acne.

Hi there ,

Yes , because of environmental pollution and other changes acne is very common among the young adults and teenagers as well . However know that it can also be because of the way you take care of your body . Hygiene physical and mental health is very essential as any of the factors responsible for acne  can trigger them. I'd advise you to drink sufficient water in a day to keep your body metabolism active , drink fresh juice and keep yourself hydrated , consume more greens and fruits and most importantly avoid oily fried and junk food as much as possible . Stress can be one factor so practice meditation daily to keep your mental health afresh.

Acne is a skin condition in which there is excess production of oil from the sebaceous glands leading to the blockage of hair follicles.

The primary cause is impairment of all the three doshas, predominantly the pitta dosha, which further vitiates the rakta and meda dhatus (blood and fat tissues). Vitiated doshas produce toxins that block the energy channels of the face leading to pimple formation. The condition of acne can also be aggravated by excessive intake of oily, spicy, salty and sour foods.

Symptoms

Whiteheads
Blackheads
Pimples

Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods.

Eat fresh, unprocessed food. Drink Vegetable juice, fruits. intake is must.

Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera.

Wash your face frequently with mild herbal soaps.

Avoid irritant cosmetics.

Do not squeeze the acne lesions.

Avoid pollution if possible.

नमस्ते

त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा ५ पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें १०० ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

२ घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

सलाद दोपहर १ बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ २ कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ १ कटोरी चावल या १ रोटी लें, ८ बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, १२ घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें ८ बजे रात से ८ बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है, हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास रखें, सुबह से शाम तक पानी पर रहें और शाम 5baje nariyal पानी उसके घंटे बाद केवल फल खाएँ।

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट चेहरे पर २० मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।
