Sir i am 22 and i feel tired all the time... I do workout and yoga but then also i dont feel fresh and energetic.. Please suggest me some natural remedies..

You always feel tired even after doing yoga and exercise.This may be because you are not having good habits or you are unable to give your body proper nutrition.
You need to have a balanced diet.Include fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts,sprouts to your diet.
Avoid junk food,oily,spicy food.
Wake up early in the morning and sleep early as well.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Go outside to have the fresh air which is also important.
