I have a problem with my skin in monsoon when it rains and suddenly sunny my face gets burns. Skin around my lips and cheeks.. Forhead get sunburns type rashes. Which is so irritating. Why this happens and how to prevent it?

सुबह ख़ाली पेट सफ़ेद पेठे(ashguard) २०ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी कर पीएँ।बिना नींबू, बिना नमक के पीएँ।
2घंटे बाद नाश्ते में केवल फल खाएँ, फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ, कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें।
दोपहर12बजे १०पत्ते पालक के ५पत्ते पुदीने के पीस कर बिना नींबू बिना नमक के पीएँ, उसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ और शाम बजे फिर से फल खाएँ और रात 8 बजे से पहले भोजन करें और सलाद खाएँ नारियल डाल कर बिना नमक के और सलाद की सब्ज़ी में खीरा,टमाटर, हरे, लाल, और पीले शिमला मिर्च 10%हर एक से काट कर मिलाएँ और कुछ herb जैसे धनिया, पुदीना और करी पत्ता मिलाएँ।
खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट चेहरे पर २० मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।
चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।
