Hi I have developed psoriasis on my scalp and on chest.. With allopathic steroids it goes but again come back in few days. Tried homeopathic but that working very slow. Any natural permanent solution

Some of the effective natural therapy you can try out ;
Hot epsom salt bath then apply olive oil all over your body
You can also try Ganji turmeric bath:it improves symptoms & can be used as safe & inexpensive therapy
Neem leaf paste:neem leaf paste turmeric
Athapasnana:Plantain leaf bath
Diet plays a crucial role so consume more fruits and vegetables as they are rich in antioxidants and anti inflammatory agents .
You can try juice fasting(Carrots,beetroots,cucumbers & grapes for fasting)
Citrus fruits should be avoided) but start your fast according to your physicians advice.
Animal fats,including milk,butter & eggs should be avoided completely
Consume more Vit.E it helps in reducing itching

त्वचा शरीर के अंदर के हालत को प्रदर्शित करता है।
शरीर में विषाक्त द्रव्यों की अधिकता के कारण ये हुआ
सबसे पहले शरीर का जो भी हिस्से में ये परेशानी है वहाँ खीरा+करी पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ और धूप दिखाएँ दिन में दो बार ऐसा करना है।पत्ते वाली मेहंदी करी पत्ते के जगह पे मिलाएँ और भी जल्दी ठीक होगा,मेहंदी का पेड़ गमले में लग जाता है हर दिन 8 से 10पत्ते खीरा में पीस कर पेस्ट बना लें और लगाएँ।
शरीर ५तत्व से बना हुआ है वो पाँच तत्व का सामंजस्य ठीक प्रकार से होते ही शरीर पूर्णत्या स्वस्थ हो जाएगा।
एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।
लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ ऐसे १० चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है ये दिन में चार बार करें।
सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे। खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।
दोपहर में १२बजे पालक10पत्ते+पुदीने10पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिलाएँ, इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।रात के खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाए, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी ज़रूर मिलाएँ, नारियल की गिरि और लाल, हरा,पीला शिमला मिर्च के 1/4हिस्से को सलाद में मिलाएँ टमाटर (kale leaf) जो की पालक की एक अन्य प्रकार है उसको मिलआएँ.( Lettuce) के पत्ते भी मिला सकते हैं, धनिया या पुदीना या करी पत्ता मिलाएँ।
तेल,मसाला, और जानवरों से मिलने वाले भोजन वर्जित है और किसी भी दवाई को ना लें, अगर आप पूरे तरीक़े से इसको अपना चुके हैं।

Turmeric is the best remedy for psoriasis. It contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties. You can take it as pills or in supplemented form.
Psoriasis has adirectrelation to metabolism of the body, hence fasting therapy withseven days of juice fasting. Freshly extracted juices likecarrot, beetroot, grapes and cucumber could be useful during the fasting therapy. make a point to avoid citrus fruits as this could aggrevate your problem
After the fasting has been broken, then you could move to bland diet which comprises mainly of vegetable salads and fruits and later to very bland diet ( boiled diet )
Try to avoid tea,coffee, alcohol, social drugs, junk foods, white foods ( refine sugar, salt and maida ), too oily and spicy diet, carbonated drinks etc
Try using some natural herbal soaps ampoos and shspecially which are plant based products which contain least chemicals
Try application of cabbage leaf ( outmost leaves ) and made into paste and applied on the affected area and then expose those applied body parts to morning sunlight for atleast 30-40 mins.
Same way you could try with potato paste as well and methodology is almost same.
Alternatively you could boil a glass of red ride with turmeric and tender neem leaves and boil it to consistency of semisolid form, then apply and take sunbath for 30-40 minutes
Apart from it, you may practice yoga ( asanas, pranayama, meditation and deep breathing exercises ) under a well trained yoga teacher.
If you have access to any Naturopathy hospital or Registered Naturopath it is also advisable to take a detailed consultation with them.

Best to take turmeric in its raw whole form.....like ginger. Else haldi powder. Avoid any so called pills or tablets, you never know what all they can include.
