Hey ,

Protect your hair from sun rays.
Avoid spicy food,oily food,excess sour and salt.
Take fresh fruits and vegetables in diet.

Take amla powder and soak it overnight, 
Boil it the next morning and apply on your hair.
Rinse after around 2 hours.
Do this twice a week and you will see the results in a couple of months.

Hello Ji,

This is an indiacation of hormonal imbalance. Poor lifestyle and diet. 

As per present lifestyle  considers mental factors like excessive anger, emotional disturbance and increased intake of fried, sour, spicy, salty, fermented foods, smoking, more intake of alcohol, tea and coffee as the reasons for hair fall and grey hair
and turning hairs white.


Factors like excessive anger and stress are also responsible.

A spoonful of white sesame seeds every morning can be a great source of magnesium and calcium. 
Take an ounce of aloe vera juice daily before food.
Drink fresh juice of carrot, alfalfa, lettuce and spinach for aiding hair growth.
Include Iron, copper, Zinc and calcium rich foods in your diet like Green leafy vegetables, Dates, Raisins, almonds.
Warm oil massage using either Coconut oil, Bhringamalakadi taila, Nilibhringadi taila, almond or Brahmi oil, helps to improve circulation, rejuvenates your hair follicles, cures scalp infection and strengthen the hair strands
Avoid pickles, more salt and spicy intake.
Overcome your stress by Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama.

नमस्ते

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है।

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है।

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।

फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।

सुबह की शुरुआत १/२ खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद लें, १२ बजे दोपहर में पालक १० पत्ते + पुदीना १० पत्ता पीस कर १००ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, रात का खाना ८ बजे तक में कर लें रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सर पर एक सुती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी के5 से 8 पत्ता का पेस्ट लगाएँ।

आँखो पर सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें २० मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें।सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।
