Hello harry,

Every disease can be cured naturally and yoga is also a natural way.If you are using natural ways correctly then ofcourse you can treat every disease naturally. 
Similarly, yoga can also cure diseases but not a single yoga.Every asana have its special effect. 
Like-surya namaskar involves the whole body,bhujanga asana is good for spine and thyroid,shirsh asana is good for hair loss,thyroid,stress.
So,every asana has its special impact and you can cure diseases through adopting yoga.
