Too much of walking like 5k or 10k run or walking and too much of exercise are not good for health? Because I heard if in case you leave all this then you will get legs swollen and all other kidney/liver problems and many more is that true? Plz tl me what should I do?

Please get into the practice of listening to your body. And not your mind. Just learn to observe your self and you will know what your body wants at that moment and go ahead , do just that. Your body has its own intelligence and it knows its wants and needs. Just learn to listen to it and respect it.
All the confusions and disturbances start only when we start listening to our mind, othres suggestions, advertisements, propaganda,etc. But what your body needs only your body knows. So this way you will never over do or under do something.

Too much of exercise especially to 'push' yourself or punishing the body to lose weight is not good.
We are primarily meant for walking and not for running. Having said that 5K or 10K is not that much. Please train properly and take adequate rest to balance it out.
One important thing to note is that if your body is not well hydrated, you can cause damage by taking part in stressful fitness activities,
Hence, pls also change your diet to a primarily low-fat whole plant based diet filled with raw fruits and veggies.

If you want to live healthy life style you have to walk atleast 10k step daily and half n hour exercise n some fruit juice n veggies thats all
Exercise is important for our body and 5k or 10k walking is not going to harm you but you need to take care of your body.
Drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.
Have a balanced nutritional diet which comprises of all the plant based food.
Take proper rest and proper sleep at appropriate time.
It's not like you have take care of your body only when you are walking 5k or 10k.You always have to take care of it as it is a precious gift of nature to you.

शरीर का भोजन कच्चे फल सब्ज़ी सलाद हैं पका हुआ खाना सिर्फ़ आपके मानसिक संतुष्टि के लिए है।सुबह की खीरा१/२+धनिया पीस कर100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, एक घंटे बाद फल खाएँ।
रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।
लाल,हरा,पीला शिमला मिर्च1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं
तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो

First of all one should know that too much of anything can be harmful but one should also know how much is too much . Well , 5k -10k is just normal and I don't see any harm in it . Unles it is vigorous and heavy weight lifting or something that has to do with overstraining of your body I think it's completely ok to go for any sort of exercises . The more you workout the more and better you shape your body . Excess of calories are burnt out and various toxins are eliminated from one body . Unless there are any underlying diseases or problems you should continue with it .
