Attention should be paid to gastric fire in anaemia to avoid indigestion. Heavy, spicy, fried food is prohibited. Non-veg items, eggs are also not allowed.
Light meals, rice, lentils, soups, vegetables and fruits like pomegranate and melons are perticularly recommended.
Food articles cooked in iron pots are good in iron deficiency anaemia.
Problems like bleeding piles and excessive menstruation should be attended immediately as they often lead to anaemia.
Take half cup of apple juice and half cup of beet root juice. Mix apple juice with beetroot juice. Add honey to this and stir well to mix. Have this juice twice a day.
Eat healthy fruits and vegetable juice like beet root, carrot and amla, Include more green leafy vegetable in your diet.

Increase your intake of green leafy vegetables, especially drumstick leaves. Add greens prefeably in raw form either in form of smoothies, salads, chutneys or raw vegetable juices. Add wheatgrass juice along with lime added to it. Avoid tea, coffee.Sapota, Pomogranate, watermelon are great in fruits for their iron content.Try adding microgreens andmillets to your diet especially ragi or finger millet. The above mentioned are excellent for anemia. For sinsus it is helpful if you avoid all dairy products and animal foods. Also add raw onion , garlic ,ginger , tulsi and black pepper. Increase intake of fluids. Proper rest is also essential. Wish you Good Health Always!

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें सोने से पहले।
आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा१/२+धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, १०० ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ।2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच अंतर रखना है तभी उस खाने के पोषक तत्व मिलता है।
दोपहर में १२बजे 1/2 चुकंदर+१/२पान का पत्ता को पीस लें100ml पानी मिलाएँ पी लें और इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर २घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।खाने में सलाद बिना नमक के खाएँ।
खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ, खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।
सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।
लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ ऐसे १० चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है ये दिन में चार बार करें, मेरुदंड सीधा रख कर करना है और पेट ख़ाली रहना चाहिए।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास रखें सुबह से शाम तक कुछ नहीं लें जल के सिवा, फिर 5बजे नारियल पानी से उपवास तोड़ें, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ।
दौड़ना है ख़ाली पेट सुबह में किसी खुले जगह पर शरीर को स्वस्थ रखने के लिए ज़रूरी है।
