I sweat at night. Even under the air conditioner I am unable to sleep. Even if I sleep a little various dreams are coming. As a result next day i feel tired and depressed. What can I do?

- Do you get an hour of sunlight everyday?
- Do you sleep early and when you feel tired?
- Do you have an early dinner - atleast 3 hours before bedtime?
- Do you keep active everday?
- Do yu eat only when hungry?
- Do you eat mainly plant based foods and that too about 60 to 70% raw?
If not, work on correcting these step by step and you will soon sleep like a baby.

नमस्ते समायुश
मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।
दिन में दो बार पेट पर गीला कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें खाना खाने के दो घंटे बाद या खाना खाने से एक घंटा पहले,
सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।
नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ,20मिनट बाद साफ़ कर लें और किसी टब में पानी भर कर उसमें बैठें20 मिनट के लिए,जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं, खाने में फल, सलाद, सब्ज़ी मेवे को मुख्य आहार बनाएँ, खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।
तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
