Eat a balanced diet and do any form of exercise regularly

The more you eat the more you exercise so that atleast you won't gain extra fat from now.

Hi there , 

Just go for daily exercise and workouts such as jogging , walking , brisking , swimming , cycling and yoga etc ..;
Check the quality and quantity of your food intake . Drink more water 3-4 liters daily and eat more greens and fruits .
