Namaste Madhu Kakar

If your body is warm when the temperature outside is cool, then you are fine. And if your body is cool  when the outside temperature is warm, then too your health is alright. But if you feel your body is always warm wheather rain or shine then it is a matter to be concerned about. In warm weather the body sweats and cools itself down. So do look into this and let us know if it is so. So that i can guide you further.

Skin being felt doesn't always means that you are suffering from fever until or unless the thermometer shows high temperature.
It can be due to an underlying sustained fever that has been there earlier and now showing its relapse but in this condition you must also feel weakness in whole body, pain in lower joints and feeling of fullness.

Luckily I never had for past many years. Actually I dont feel hot it's only when I touch someone--he/she will ask me if I have fever.

Even if you have a fever, it’s very good. It means your body has vitality to help you detox. So it’s not a cause for concern.

It is  dehydration. The very young, very old, and obese people are especially vulnerable to dehydration. It’s important to make sure they’re taking in enough fluids during the day. They should also be protected from extremely hot environmental temperatures. Heat exhaustion is an emergency condition that can result from extreme dehydration and salt depletion.

Hi Madhu. So what exactly is your concern? If the thermometer is not showing high temperature, then body temperature is fine. Do you feel excessively hot?

Yes I feel very hot and sweat a lot.
