Yes , slow body metabolism or metabolic activities makes it difficult to cut down the weight but do not be discouraged just focus of the following points ;
- Eat only when you're hungry and in moderate quantity.
- The quantity and quality of food you take really matters . Make sure that you keep vigilance of what goes in .
- Drink good amount of healthy liquids daily .
- cut down carbs and increase protein in your diet .
- Avoid saturated fats and artificial trans fats .
- Avoid oily fried food , alcohol and smoking .
- Practice daily workouts and regular exercises for an hour or two .
- yogasana and pranayama daily
- practice meditation

हाज़मा दुरुस्त नहीं होने के वजह से ये शरीर की दशा हुई है इसको आप और हम मिल कर ठीक कर सकते हैं। शरीर का भोजन कच्चे फल सब्ज़ी सलाद हैं पका हुआ खाना सिर्फ़ आपके मानसिक संतुष्टि के लिए है।
सुबह बेल्पत्रा5 को पीस कर100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक10पत्ते+पुदीना10पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे(ashguard)20ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।
रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।
लाल,हरा,पीला शिमला मिर्च1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं
तेल,मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो
गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, साँस लें ते एक चक्र है ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम भी10 मिनट के लिए करें और भ्रमरी प्राणायाम 10मिनट के लिए करें।
सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।
