Why do I feel Nausea all the time?

Due to acid reflux and stress . avoid overeating  n carbonated drink specially milk. excess of lactose can cause nausea

Let me give you an example of a pregnant mom who feels nauseous sometimes in her early trimesters and some moms don’t.

We sometimes feel nauseous when we have a bad stomach too

in a nutshell, the health of your gut is the reason you are nauseous. Your body is sending signals to the brain to make sure you don’t eat any food as the condition of the gut is already in a bad state. So it gives you an uneasy feeling to make you avoid something that will harm the body. It’s a defence mechanism of the body - say your microbiome .. behaviours sre unique to every human. 

So firstly get off all animal foods like dairy meat eggs fish. Next get off maida wheat (all gluten)sugar refined oils outside foods as much as possible. 

Start your morning with a 350-400 ml of pure cucumber juice. Next have a juice made with Palak mint coriander ginger lime and ashgourd filtered. 

Next have a big bowl of fruits for lunch. 

Have an early millet based dinner without any oils .. finish by 730pm

Sleep early. 

Get exposure to sun in the morning for 15-20

mins

Hi Sonal, 
This is because your digestion is improper.You are consuming food that your digestive system finds hard to digest.
Our body is meant to consume the natural plant based food.The processed, refined and animal products are not for our digestive system. 
Avoid dairy products like ghee,milk,paneer,curd.
Don't have jam,biscuits, pastries,sauce,chips,noodles, and any type of junk food.
Avoid processed food,packed items,deep fried foods and spicy food.
Have whole grains like barley, sprouts, salads,seasonal fruits and green leafy vegetables. 
Don't use refined oil for cooking,use coconut oil or cook oil free.
