My aunty is suffering from slip disc and thrombosis in lower limbs. Please suggest some natural remedies.

Best is to first go off all forms of fats such as animal foods from diary meat fish eggs
Drink only lemon water , green juice made from greens and veggies, veggie juices like ashgourd in the morning
Have fruits for lunch and vegetables for the rest of the day and a millet based oilfree ( no oil in tadka ) dinner for the rest of your life if you want to see relief with this over time.
Sleep for a period that makes u feel rested
Exercise as much as possible and as ur body heals exercise more
Practice pranayama and meditating to improve the oxygen supply to ur cells.
Slip disc is also curable. Rest as much as you can while ok this lifestyle and body heals faster. Overtime, start with mild yoga and pranayam and increase and don’t quit the lifestyle and yoga.
Remember that quitting animal food is not just to keep ourselves healthy. It’s also to ensure that we stop animal abuse and killing for our pleasure of eating tasty food that’s meant for the calf or dead carcass that has no life. Lifeless food and foods not meant for us which has suffering and killing behind it cannot heal our body mind or spirit.

नमस्ते
हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ ही सभी रोगों का मूल कारण है।
इस स्वस्थ शरीर में कोई भी रोग तभी पनपता है, जबकि शरीर में अम्लीयता बढ़ जाती है।
क्षार युक्त (alkaline) भोजन मुख्य आहार होगा तो ये स्वतः ही ठीक हो जाएगा।
आपका मुख्य भोजन कच्चा आहार है।
दिन शुरुआत १/२खीरे+५पुदीने के पत्ते को पीस कर १०० ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, 1 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ साथ में थोड़े सूखा फल जैसे की अंजीर, खजूर, किसमिस, ख़ुरबानी लें भिगोए हुए।
पालक१० पत्ते+पान पत्ते १ को पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। इस जूस के एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। खाने में सलाद लें, इसमें हरे पत्ते वाली कच्चे सब्ज़ी, मेवे और तिल या अलसी भूने हुए और अंकुरित अनाज लें।
खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गिला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के २ घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के १ घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ।
खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है।
सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ सर और आँख को किसी सुती कपड़े से ढक कर।
दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20मिनट के लिए और दिन दो बार तिल के तेल से (clockwise) घड़ी की सीधी दिशा में
और (anti clockwise) घड़ी की उलटी दिशा में मालिश करें नरम हाँथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं देना है।
मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में ३ दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।
