Hi I am 38 years old male haveing pancreatitis and taking the enzymes orally. Due to this I am suffering from diabetes type 3C. I have loss weight around 20 kg for last 3 years. In 2016 I am 80 kg but now I am only 60 kg. Kindly suggest me Diet so that I can control my sugar level and help to gain the weight

Body weight is something that you needn’t worry much about. Leading a nature based healthy lifestyle will result in you having the right body weight for your bone structure. The sugar levels are a result of faulty lifestyle. The inflamed pancreas too would get some relief. 

To get back into a healthy routine what you need to do is incorporate certain practices in your daily lifestyle. 

1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

Type 3c diabetes is a condition which you got because of your pancreatic defect. Due to pancreatitis your pancreas might be not producing insulin due to pancreatic endocrine insufficiency.Chronic pancreatitis is characterized by pancreatic inflammation and fibrosis resulting in a progressive and irreversible destruction of exocrine and endocrine tissue.Chronic pancreatitis results in progressive exocrine and endocrine dysfunction with the development of maldigestion and malabsorption of nutrients resulting in malnutrition, glucose intolerance and eventually overt diabetes as the normal pancreas microarchitecture that maintains the complex interplay of nutrient digestion, absorption and utilization is destroyed by ongoing fibrosis.
1. So in this case i highly suggest you first modify your lifestyle reduce the toxic and modifiable contributors to chronic pancreatitis such as abstaining from alcohol and smoking cessation are highly recommended.
2. nutritional therapy should include advice regarding eating meals rich in soluble fiber and low in fat.Maintaining sufficient levels of vitamin D is essential.
3. Fasting therapy under a guidance of naturopathy doctor carefully.juices and so many other things should be taken on daily basis.
4. Hydrotherapy treatment like Gastrohepatic pack should be done regularly for once a day for 20min. Mud pack to abdomin, hip bath certain treatment are necessary.

नमस्ते

 

शुगर कोई बीमारी नहीं है। ख़राब हाज़मा और ग़लत आदतों के वजह से शरीर इस रूप में प्रतिक्रिया कर रहा है। शरीर को नहीं अपनी आदतों को जाँचे। जब तक प्राण सकती है तब तक शरीर के अंदर का कोई भी अंग जो की निष्क्रिय हो गया वो सक्रिय हो सकता है। सही खुराक जो की शरीर की ज़रूरत है।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

आपका मुख्य आहार ये हुआ तो बहुत अच्छा हो जाएगा।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। जो की आपको ज़बर्दस्त फ़ायदा करेगा। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से कच्चे सब्ज़ी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डाले। ताज़ा नारियल मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं। ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन छोड़ने से ज़्यादा लाभ होगा।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

Helllo Ankur I I don’t know what kind of lifestyle you have been leading but given the condition its definitely faulty and it is definitely high in fat. Consuming high-fat animal products like dairy eggs meat fish and other processed foods from outside, refined foods overtime put the body in a high alert position.Have you ever fought for a cause or any person who is so important in your life? If yes then fighting for your pancreas is worth it. Do you know why your pancreas is in this condition? It is majorly because of severe toxic condition in the body. In many cases such toxic condition which leads to pancreatitis is usually fats. While the role of the pancreas is to produce insulin without that we end up with diabetes / a condition that lacks it.The reason why the pancreas go to such a state is majorly because your liver could not take the Load anymore.  one of the reasons we continue to survive is because among the major organs that we have in the body the liver has this beautiful function to Separate good from bad. So the amount of fats and wrong foods/ outside foods that you have been consuming year after year in your life has been significantly high so this is the reason why you are in this condition. The more fats, the more bile your body needs to break down the fats that are lurking in your bloodstream. If this is not handled with a highalert,  the lack of oxygen in a high-fat bloodstream is high-risk to some of the critical organs like the brain in the heart which function majorly in a high oxygenated environment.. So straining the liver is the last thing that you must be thinking of. So like I said while your liver is working to protect your critical organs it is also working to protect your pancreas because it produces one of the vital harmone called insulin which regulates blood sugar .So the liver has to work quickly as fast as it can to thin the blood from all the fats so that it doesn’t get in the way of organ function or the nervous system or hinder the pancreas which is leads to diabetes/ worse pancreatitis. In the case of diabetes it is just that the pancreas are not producing enough insulin but in case of pancreatitis the pancreas itself is an inflamed state. So with an over abundance of fat in the diet the liver obviously cannot protect us from this excess fat perpetually. So with such toxicity still in the bloodstream the nervous system , the muscles and the life sustaining organs weakens and the essence of glucose will not reach the cells.So essentially what you should be doing is keeping your diet more balanced you should definitely reduce the consumption of fat and add fruits veggies in raw form or steamed form.  only this will ensure that insulin resistance comes down and also it would reduce the blood sugar and things will become more balanced hopefully the pancreas will also be saved. I believe you’re still not in the stage to be classified as a type 1.5 diabetic,  so see if you can switch to a completely raw vegan diet with fruits vegetables and greens . Continue to monitor your insulin levels and take it but it is very essential that you focus on your lifestyle and cut down insulin as and when your pancreas starts to recover.

Apart from food that is very important that you focus on connecting yourself to nature exposing yourself to the sun going barefoot on the grass, doing yoga and Pranayam under a certified practitioner, living a life of love and gratitude every moment of your life.
