How to gain weight naturally and in short time?

Hey,

You need to have a healthy diet and a good lifestyle to gain weight naturally. It's very easy.

Have fruits like banana, apples,berries, green leafy vegetables, sprouts, beans,.
Include salads to your meal.
Avoid having dairy products like butter,maida,white bread, white rice.You can replace them by brown bread,peanut butter, brown rice.
Have fresh homemade fruit juices. 
Exercise regularly.

This might be genetic too. But still you can gain your wight.

It indicates what kind of  food you eat, are you eating properly and enough protein and nutrition is reaching your health to increase in weight.

Choose fibre vegetables, fruits, whole grain, pulses, nuts.

Eat on time. While eating do not talk with others. Chew the food proplery and swallow it. 

Do not drink water between meals. Drink post 30min after meals. If you feel thirsty just sip some water.

Do some brisk physical excercise to make you fit and strong.  

Eat more boiled potatos and pulses and add more green vegetables.
