Hello. I am 54 year old lady weighing 85kgs. My weight is my issue. I have a sedentary lifestyle. 3 yrs back I had complete hysterectomy done and also 10 y back had my gall bladder removed as there were stones in them. I have observed that I have gained lots of weight. I can see fats mostly on my lower body. Recently in my sonography report it mentioned about me having fatty liver. I have no issue of sugar , my BP and cholesterol are in normal range. Can you please guide me?

नमस्ते,

hysterectomy और gall bladder के ऑपरेशन के बाद हार्मोंस का संतुलन गड़बड़ हो जाने ,अधिक मात्रा में वसायुक्त चीजें, अधिक मात्रा में तली -भुनी, मसालेदार, डिब्बाबंद ,भोज्य पदार्थ, चीनी ,मिठाइयां ,नमक-नमकीन, ठंडे पेय पदार्थ, क्रोध ,ईर्ष्या, दिन में कई बार भोजन करने से शरीर का वजन बढ़ने लगता है इससे लिवर अपना कार्य सुचारू रूप से नहीं कर पाता।

  • जूस-खीरा ,लौकी के जूस का सेवन करें!
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी नींबू और शहद का सेवन करें इससे शरीर में स्थित अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलते हैं।
  • भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल व हरी पत्तेदार कच्ची सब्जियों का प्रयोग करें इससे शरीर भोजन का सही से पाचन ,अवशोषण व मल का निष्कासन होता है, शरीर के सभी अंग सुचारू रूप से अपना कार्य करते हैं।

Change your diet and life style.

Avoid high carbohydrates like polished rice and potato.

Avoid oily and fried foods, processed foods, fatty foods like butter, purified butter, cheese, whole-milk yogurt, cream, chocolate, etc.

Have more bitter vegetables like bitter gourd and the bitter variety of drumsticks.

Replace refined flour with whole-wheat flour and rice with brown rice or parboiled rice.

Increase intake of fruits, salads and vegetables.

Sip Mint or ginger tea once in a day.

Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control belly fats.

Do some yoga on reglur basis. Fitness is very important, more over take a look on your digestive system and your bowl movement.

हेलो जी, 

कारण - शरीर में आकाश तत्व की कमी के वजह से ऐसा होता है। आकाश तत्व की कमी से होता क्या है की शरीर ने पोषक तत्व जो पाया आपके भोजन से उसको पुरे शरीर में  प्रसार (circulate) नहीं कर पाता है। जैसे की आपके पास पैसे हैं पर आपके लिए जो काम करने वाले लोग हैं उन तक उनकी फ़ीस पहुँच नहीं रही है तो वो काम कैसे करेंगे। ठीक ऐसे ही पोषक तत्व आया मगर शरीर के रक्त, मांसपेशी, कोशिकाओं तक पहुँचा नहीं। क्योंकि उसको पहुँचने के लिए जो (gap) की ज़रूरत है, वो हम नहीं दे रहे है।

समधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाएँ। फल के बाद 3 घंटे का gap रखें। सलाद बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। पका हुआ खाना के बाद 12 घंटा का अंतराल रखें। पवनमुक्तासन, भुजंगासन और धनुरासन, मंडूकासन, पश्चिमोत्तान आसन, अनुलोम-विलोम प्राणायाम, उज्जायी प्राणायाम।

जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

You have been facing a cascading effect of improper gut health in terms of bad digestion, sluggish liver which resulted in stones in gallbladder which was wrongly removed without understanding the huge role the GB plays , hence a fatty liver,  uterus removal without understanding what role it plays , weight gain is just a side effect of these accumulations. Backpains etc are also some consequences. 

Well to explain a bit in detail, With animal products like dairy meat eggs fish cooked grains sugar outside processed foods refined oils etc in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis.  

If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits veg veggies greens majorly which are the only food for humans species ) are injested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. . As liver weakens, the body cleaning  is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic  toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. Bile is like a turpentine neutralising even the fats you eat daily. That is managed inthe gall. Liver and gall have to work complementary to each other , balancing some high load that liver faces. Now that loss has to be filled and there is no full backup. It’s unfortunate that medical way of treating a problem is removal like it’s a spoil of a vegetable. 

Nevertheless I would do the following if I were in your place

  • raw foods - Start with juices till 12, fruits and greens for lunch , juicy veggies post that for dinner. More hunger must be only fruits. No sprouts , no cooked no nuts no coconut 
  • Avoid starchy vegetables 
  • Avoid salt 
  • Avoid any form of cooked foods for few months.

  • Natural Hydration to ensure body has enough to maintain homeostasis - 2-3 lts
  • Enough exercise like yoga as possible 
  • Breathing - Pranayam as possible 
  • Mental poise - mental peace and positive thinking 
  • Resting well - sleeping in time and following circadian rhythm 
  • Experience natural elements - exposure to sun daily for 40 mins
  • Not medicating the body to suppress any eliminations - are chemicals used to suppress natural elimination from body.
  • Not overloading the body with toxic foods the body can’t recognise - things unnatural that we can’t chew and digest in its raw state. Man made fake foods using Dairy eggs meat fish sugar wheat maida refined oil white rice salty store bought foods fried foods etc 
  • Freeing the body off digestion every few days - fasting on juices only no sugar .
  • Spending time Connecting with oneself the form of meditation 
  • Ensure that your bowel movements are regular
  • Apply a cold wet towel on the abdomen daily and rest  for 30 min

Thanks, I do most of the things mentioned above. Yoga I have not started but do go for walking for 30 minutes. As I have back and knee issues I am scared of doing any kind of exercise
