My skin is very dry what I do? No glowing skin

Our skin reflects our internal health.So,if you will heal yourself from inside,you will have a permanent glowing and perfect skin.
Increase your water intake to stay hydrated. 
Avoid coffee, tea and other caffeinated drinks.
Avoid carbonated drinks.
Exclude spicy and oily food items from your diet. 
Have green leafy vegetables and fruits like banana and apples. 
Apply the pulp of aloe vera plant on your face.
Avoid to use too much makeup, stay natural.

नमस्ते

 

खीरा और एलोवीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट के लिए चेहरे पर लगाएँ फिर साफ़ कर लें। 

चेहरे को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें, साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

फल, सलाद, कच्चे सब्ज़ी के जूस, सूखा फल, मेवे को मुख्य आहार बनाएँ।
