I have pain in veins of my legs when I do acupressure roller I feel relaxed so please tell me remedis for ever

Spider veins / varicose veins and such similar issues are majorly because of a high toxicity being carried in the blood. When the body has been fed with fats for all the three meals of the day, the blood eventually becomes toxic and viscous. Heart has to really work harder to pump that soup / jelly into the veins and arteries and suffers to pull it from lower extremities . That’s why people have it more in the legs and not in the hands. Typically such blood is usually dehydrated. Water component ( not h2o) tends to expand and make space when blood flows. But due to high amount of fat, lack of oxygen the toxins fill up the spaces. So however such slow work from the heart cannot continue to keep the person alive and body has been designed to be alive. So we have multiple such backup systems where body finds a way to improve the blood rate to critical areas such as the brain. So body tends to grow new cells / nerves to make up for the lack of speed. That’s when you see more and more mutations happening to make up for the situation. So it’s temporary step the body takes and it must serve as a wake up call to the person to start looking at a lifetthat detoxes their body and blood. This eventually stops further growth and might reduce existing ones over time. Atleast what will first happen is pain reduction over time 

 

Best is to first go off all forms of fats such as animal foods from diary meat fish eggs 

 

Drink only lemon water , green juice made from greens and veggies, veggie juices like ashgourd in the morning

Have fruits for lunch and vegetables for the rest of the day and a millet based oilfree ( no oil in tadka ) dinner for the rest of your life if you want to see relief with this over time.

 

Sleep for a period that makes u feel rested 

Exercise as much as possible and as ur body heals exercise more 

Practice pranayama and meditating to improve the oxygen supply to ur cells

Hey,

This problem like varicose veins usually results when you do continuous standing work without giving any rest to your body.
The circulation of blood gets disturbed which results in pain.
Avoid standing continuously and give rest to your legs in some time intervals.
Do yoga,stretching exercises which will improve the blood circulation in whole body.
Soak your legs in hot water and cold water alternately for 10-10 minutes.

नमस्ते,

 

आहार शुद्धि और सही स्वाँस लेने के तरीक़े से हम इस बीमारी पर नियंत्रण पा सकते हैं।

खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट पैरों में 20 मिनट के लिए लगा कर छोड़ दें। 20 मिनट होने पर साफ़ कर लें।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के हल्का रुकें, और फिर सहज साँस लें तो एक चक्र पूरा होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और पेट ख़ाली रखकर इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। 

खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन से बचें। 

तेल, मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा

सुबह 5 बेल पत्ते को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर  पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते+पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। इसके 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।
