About one tablespoon of these seeds is good to consume everyday It is good form of antioxidant, loaded with protien, stimulates weightloss as it is boosts metabolism, improves disgestion and rich in vitamin E and omega 3. However, be careful that you chew these seeds.

Chia seed is a good way to detox the body .take 1-2spoons of chia seeds and mix them in the warm water with lemon. It is the best way to start your day 😋
