High pulse rate even while resting i feel fast pulsing or heart rate

नमस्ते

 

शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। निष्कासन (elimination) सुचारू रूप से नहीं हो रहा है।अत्यधिक अम्लीयता (acid) बढ़ गया है। शरीर सही माध्यम से विषाणु (toxic) तत्व को नहीं निकल पा रहा है। आहार शुद्धि से हाज़मा भी ठीक हो जाएगा और पाचन तंत्र (digestion)साफ़ भी रहेगा।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100 ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई bhi एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते + पुदीना 10 पत्ते पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1 रोटी लें, 8बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास (fasting) करें। केवल नारियल पानी पर रहें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

एक टब में  नाभि तक पानी भर कर 20 मिनट के लिए उसमें बैठें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

There are simple breathing techniques you could follow to slow down your pulse rate 

1 Sit in a relaxed position. Breath in slowly and breath out slowly on equal counts . Do this for 5 mts.

2 Then next breath in through your nose slowly and exhale through your mouth slowly. Do this for three minutes.

3 Next you may breath in through your nose slowly and hold your breath for 5 counts and then breath out slowly though your mouth. Do this for another 3 minutes.

4 Finish this process by doing anulom vilom for 3 minutes. Then relax again. Get back to normal breathing. 

You may do these sequences two to theee times a day. Do it on a light stomach. 

Eat more of fruits and veggies to help remove toxins from the body. Get into nature to get lot of sunshine, fresh air and grounding.

Irregular heart beat / slow or fast depends on how efficient and taxed the heart is all these yrs of your life. If your lifestyle has been incorrect then the blood becomes polluted and poor heart suffers to pump it. If you also have an underlying hypertension, then the muscles of the heart weakens.  When the heart beats too rapidly, it pumps less efficiently and blood flow to the rest of the body, including the heart itself, is reduced. Age also progresses rapidly. The faster the heart rate the weaker the body gets and ages fast. 

Nevertheless you have to take precautions to ensure to be on a plant based lifestyle. It’s the basic to lead a healthy life. In plant based, lifestyle, there is no room for diary meat eggs fish. Avoid oils in the cooking and any form of fats - nuts , seeds , oils , coconut and diary based. 

Consume only fruits and vegetable juices till dinner and have a oilfree millet dinner  with 30% millets.  I am assuming ur a senior .. so dinner has not been made raw. If ur on meds, continue the meds and overtime when you feel better wean yourself off the meds.

* I think it might be because of the stress taken by you unknowingly. 
* Have promogranate juice daily for breakfast in the morning also u can have coconut water as an alternative. 
* Do OM chanting followed by yoga nidra daily. 
* Try not to have junk and oily foods.
